SPECIAL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF CORRODED STEEL TUBULAR POLES AND OLD VINTAGE PCC POLES POSING TO DANGER IN CONDITION ALONGWITH OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT RAMGARH CANTT

Amount

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for under ground electric cable in two layers (8cm thick before laying of cable & 15cm thick after laying cable to a total of 23cm) including gentle punning the sand upto 18cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying & Laying sub class "B" bricks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as cable protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb/benching/ copings of poles including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ,type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling of old/ unserveciable stay assembly complete comprising of stay clamp, stay wire, stay insulator, stay grip, thimble, bow, stay rod 20 mm dia and stay plate etc including breaking of cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No.- 1 stay rod of size 20mm dia all as specified and directed. Note:Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation & earh work, RFR & removal and concrete measured and paid separately.

S & F in repairs loop type insulators, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green of large size, with overall dimensions 90 mm X 140 mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bengal Potteries/ Jayashree/ Mysore Porcelain/ Jaipuria/ Bhel/ Southern Insulators/ WS Insulators.

M&L for Pin type Porcelain insulator, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade including taking down of existing pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M & L shackle type porcelain insulator, vitreous, white, brown or green Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 1100 volts grade insulator 65mm dia x 31mm high x 20mm hole ball and socket type including taking down of existing pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying/fixing/passing through pipe, jointing & testing 1100 Volt grade, XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electirc power cable ( heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor ,1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 35 Sq mm 3.5 core including taking down of existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying/fixing/passing through pipe, jointing & testing 1100 Volt grade, XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electirc power cable ( heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor ,1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 25 Sq mm 4.0 core including taking down of existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying/fixing/passing through pipe, jointing & testing 1100 Volt grade, XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electirc power cable ( heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor ,1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 10 Sq mm 2.0 core including taking down of existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old /unserveciable prestressed concrete poles/steel tublar poles of any type including breaking cement concrete complete and site clearance complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and erection of steel tubular pole swaged type 410-SP -31 (09.0 mtr long pole) complete conforming to IS: 2713 complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug pole cap, mild steel bolt, nuts and screws,painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and remain exterior portion of the pole shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer with blue & white strip upto 1.20 m height above GL and all as specified and directed with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 5 Nos with yellow and black paint of radium/photosynthetic paint alternately on external surface above base / coping upto the height of 1.5mtr above plinth block,writing letter or figures (Block Roman) with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved shade not exceeding 5 cm height including numbering of pole, Painting coping with two coats of cement based paint etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) All excavation and earthwork ,PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) Manufacture's test certificate for pole shall be produced before execution work.

S&F in repair ACSR conductor of (weasel) 6/1 X 2.59 mm, streching properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wires, jumpers including fixing on insulators on each poles in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

S & F in repair cross arms bracing supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in replacement of LT busbar chamber box of minimum size 70 cm x 50 cm x 30 cm, outdoor type double door, front / rear opening type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire (100% neutral), 50Hz supply system, Box made out of 3.15mm (outer) & 2mm (inner compartment door) CRCA sheet factory made weather proof, dust proof and vermin proof duly powder coated with 04 nos , copper busbar 100 Amps, 40 cm each (each busbar having 04 nos of nuts, bolts, washers) horizontally place in insulator suitable for lockable door arrangment complete with inter connections with copper solid strips, busbar chamber having 4 nos legs 45 cm long of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 15 cm grouted in PCC of ratio 1:2:4 and 30 cm clear space from, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The bus bar chamber box shall be of front / rear opening with cable entry from the bottom.
