Foundation Works

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation DG set base etc including form work etc as required.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. for all kinds of soil

Providing brick wall cable trenching works for the following specifications etc as required. Note: Rate including cost of all materials and labour charges.

STEEL WORKS

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

FINISHING

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in shelves, including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but , excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Manufacturing, Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor cubicle flush type floor mounted compartmentalized metering panel made out of not less than 2.2 mm thick MS sheet connection inter-connection etc. as per CPWD specifications (Part IV & V).Providing and fixing following switch gears with cable entry boxes for both incoming and outgoing cables termination, glands, interconnection, connections powder coated painting, earthings ,replacement of old panels by new panels and including of all erection, Labelling of incoming and outgoing feeders, cable trench formation works, removing termination in old panel & transport charges etc., as required.
