Improvement and beautification work in Manak Siddha Temple located in Sahaspur Constituency of Dehradun District (Including 3 years Operations and Maintenance.)

Clearing and grubbing Clearing and grubbing of topsoil, up-rooting rank vegetation, grass bushes, shrubs, saplings, trees of any girth, any size and any species, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier, debris of dismantling work, etc by any means and disposing of all materials for all lead and all lift at the non-objectionable place, etc. complete as per detailed specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Existing Building Cleaning Works The single time Built-up area of the of the building where cleaning is executed shall be considered for payment. contractor shall get approval of area of cleaning for payment from the engineer in charge before executing the work.

Filling of good earth/ murrum Excavating, supplying, and filling of good earth/ murrum brought from outside (including royalty) by any means; in trenches, plinths, sides of foundations, plot filling, making embankment work etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, with optimum moisture content to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density) including watering, ramming and compacting using any means.The rate includes material, royalty charges for material, transportation to the site for all lead and lifts, loading, unloading, screening, passes, laying in max. 200 mm layers, rolling, ramming and compacting using any means for compaction, watering, & compacting the same as per the specifications and drawings, and all complete for all lead and all lift and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Method statements shall be prepared and submitted to the Engineer-in-charge for confirmation before starting execution work. Payable Measurement-quantity for executing this item shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge before mass execution. Compacted volume of soil filling shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage.

Filling of sand Providing and filling in plinth, underfloor, sunk, subbase of any elements or other location as per drawing with river sand/ manufactured sand, etc including, watering, ramming consolidating, and dressing complete for all lead and all lift and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Concrete (PCC) of grade - M15 Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed plain cement concrete (PCC) of grade - M15 including compaction, vibration, curing, transporting, finishing, and pumping wherever necessary, dewatering (if required), etc. complete for all level, all height/ depth and for all lead and lift and as directed by the Engineer. Formwork shall be paid in relevant items.

Cast In Situ Concrete Providing and laying in the position specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per IS 456 (Min cementitious level as per latest IS 456 shall be maintained) and of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard the setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability; including finishing, compacting, vibrating, curing, dewatering (if required), pumping from mixer to site of laying, etc, excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement, etc complete for all elements, all floors, all level, any heights/ depths, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer Incharge. Concrete of M 25 grade

Reinforcement for R.C.C. Providing and fabricating Reinforcement for R.C.C. work (in repair work of existing/New works) including decoiling, straightening, cranking, cutting, bending, placing in position, and binding (with GI wire) or/and welding all complete for all leads and lifts, all levels, all floors, all heights/depths, etc complete as per drawing/design and as directed by the Engineer in charge. No separate payment shall be made for chairs, pins, lifting hooks, spacers, wastage, rolling margin, and soft drawn annealed binding wire of diameter not less than 1.5 mm, concrete or/and PVC cover blocks as per requirements, and all such other hardwares necessary to execute reinforcement work. c) Formwork for Wall RCC walls of any thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth, and string courses, etc including the cost of tie bolt and heavy duty PVC pipe sleeve (above plinth), left in concrete spring coil and plastic cone assembly/ water barrier tie rod assembly (below plinth, water retaining structures) and removing the PVC cone, spring, sleeve, etc and grouting the same with non-shrink grout/ ready mix patch repair mortar for concrete complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Length and diameter of tie rod assembly shall be as per thickness and height of wall. The contractor shall get prior approval of tie rod assembly and water barrier. (Horizontal/ vertical lines shall be matched for each shuttering panel).

PU sealant Providing and filling the expansion joints, with exterior grade one component PU sealant with application of primer including scraping/ removing the expansion filler materials from joints, cleaning, repairing of the edges with epoxy mortar of approved colour and make, placing of backup material (polyethylene backer rod), fixing of abro masking tapes on the edges to prevent the adjoining surface, at all levels/ all floors/ all height etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The PU sealant shall have a minimum tensile strength of 1.5 N/mm2, minimum 600 elongations at the break, 75% elastic recovery (after 28 days), tear propagation resistance of 8 N/mm, and resistance to water, diluted alkalis, cement grout, water dispersed detergents, etc. The contractor shall furnish a performance guarantee of 10 years against leakage, and debonding from the edges.
