Supply & fixing in repair of Bsubar chamber with pure copper strips of size 15" x 12" x4" of 500 Amps rating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of MCB four pole 415 volt 100 Amp 'C' Curve 10kA rupturing capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing of MCB TPN 415 volt 63 Amp 'C' Curve 10kA rupturing capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing of MCB SPN 415 volt 40-63 Amp 'C' Curve 10kA rupturing capacity complete all as specified & directed.

HOT WATER SUPPLY WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XI)

Supply, commissioning, testing and fixing electric water heater, storage type, vetical type, outer body engineering thermoplastic with puf injected type insulation, steel tank with glass lined coating inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as vent pipe, fusible plug, indicator, safety valve, thermostate, NRV, inlet and outlet hot/cold connection piece, etc. suitable for hot & cold water supply install at directed locations with suitable size MS fasteners with nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XII)

Material and labour for construction of brick valve pit of size 0.60mx0.60mx0.60m (internal dimensions) including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, 100mm PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregateas in coping in incl necessary form work, brick masonary in cement mortar (1:4) using sub class 'B' old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) even and fair to internal surfaces and flush pointing to external wall with same mortar as the work proceed, valve pit cover of MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick welded to mild steel angle iron 50mmx50mmx6mm frame with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed surfaces of steel with two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and the portion embedded in concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Valve pit shall be constructed as per TD drg forming part of tender documents.

Cutting existing GI water main 80mm dia in position for inserting tee/specials for branch connection of 25mm size including GI tee 80mm x80mm x25mm complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIII)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT feeder piller box outdoor type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle iron frame with weather proof canopy, mounted on PCC pedestal, cubical type, front and rear side openable, compartment type with hinged door ligting lugs 2 Nos, earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc and passivated nut, bolts spring and washers and locking arrangement for each compartment, provision of air vent, dust and vermin proof, provision of cable alley with 400 amps rated aluminium bus bar having 1100 volts grade sleaving and internal connection should be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size and to accommodate and including the following MCCBS duly painted with 2 coats powder coating over a coat of anticorrosive red oxide primer should accomodate the following accessories:-

M & L for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connected to and including GI iron strip of size 32x6 mm flat by means of GI bolts, nuts, and washers, protected by 40mm bore GI light grade ISI marked pipe upto and including test points. Earthing plate shall be surrounded by alternate layers 15cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top, 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggrgate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceed ing 50 M, pit cover 40 mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggrgate) including TMT reinforcement 80 mm dia @ 75 mm C/C both way, MS handle of 12 mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I and all as directed.

Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and earthing strip upto test point from top of the earth plate and further upto body of electrical equipment shall be including in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-charge. No extra payment shall be made on this account.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIV)

M&L for construction of 10 users LLPDE Septic Tank with upflow filter including media designed to carry sewage and sullage water, including excavation in any type of soil in foundation in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) brick masonry in CM (1:4) RCC (M-30 design Mix) slab including cast iron manhole cover having 6mm embeded plate embeded all around with angle iron frame vent shaft etc. complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing.

M&L for construction of soakage well of 1.8m internal dia and 3.00m deep below inlet level including necessary earth work filling with brick bats of guage 40 to 60mm, SWG inlet pipe junction 150mm bore including all other relevent works, complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing.
