Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipe in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of 100mm inner dia CPVC Schedule 80 pipes & plain CPVC Schedule 80 fittings in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work excavation shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and laying of 75mm inner dia CPVC Schedule 80 pipes & plain CPVC Schedule 80 fittings in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work excavation shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and laying 50mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings laid in trenches/along the wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing 80mm bore water mains for alterations or additions and inserting Tees for taking branch connection including fitting and jointing in existing pipe line with necessary fittings complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for valve chamber of internal size 900mm x900mmx900mm using 23 cm thick brick masnory wall in CM 1:4 including excavation, earth work in any strata & PCC 1:4:8 foundation type D-2, 100 mm thick including 20 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping & plastering the internal surface with 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 providing 2mm MS sheet chamber cover with "FH" embossed with opening arrangement lock system with 50x50x6mm angle iron frame duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks having capacity 2000 Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including ball brass valve 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks having capacity 1000 Ltrs (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including ball brass valve 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks having capacity 500 Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including ball brass valve 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sluice valves 100 mm dia flanged end, cast iron body, flanged and drilled and non rising type stainless steel spindle with nut, long body, class PN 1.6, conforming to IS 14846 of 2000 including all flange joint with rubber or fiber board, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sluice valves 80 mm dia flanged end, cast iron body, flanged and drilled and non rising type stainless steel spindle with nut, long body, class PN 1.6, conforming to IS 14846 of 2000 including all flange joint with rubber or fiber board, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Ball brass valves, high pressure screwed for pipe 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Ball brass valves, high pressure screwed for pipe 25mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Ball brass valves, high pressure screwed for pipe 40mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Ball brass valves, high pressure screwed for pipe 50mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning LT panel board, outdoor type having provision of extra double door openings into two with rubber beadings cubical type of suitable size, made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet compartmentalized with rubber beadings, angle iron 40 x 40 x 5 mm shall be used for making legs/ frame, duly powder coated internally and externally, including provn of Aluminium Busbar 1000 Amps, Bus Bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers, bottom cover shall have provision for fixing and including suitable cable glands of required size and as per specifications of LT Cable entry, each MCCB, Change over, Bus Bar chambers, measuring instruments, prewired shall have independent openings. Including provn of PCC Platform of suitable size PCC 1:2:4 all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and LT Panel to accommodate following MCCBs and comprising of the following :- Incommer :- MCCB 4 pole 630 Amp - 01 No, VIF Digital meter/ Multimeter with suitable CTs -01 set and LED Indicating lamps-01 Set of three Out goings :- MCCB 4 Pole 315 Amps - 03 Nos. Note:- 1. All MCCBs will be provided by the department to the contractor and the rate quoted shall be exclusive of cost of MCCBs. 2.The rate quoted shall be inclusive of disconnection of all existing Electrtical connections and reconnecting with the new panel with new thimbles and nut bolts, wahsers, etc, collection of MCCBs from sub divsion and handing over the same to manufacture of above said panel and taking out old unserviceable LT panel board completelyall as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix On load Change over switch 415V 4 pole of capacity 100 Amps with steel sheet enclosure complete all as specified and directed. Make: IndoAsian/Havells/ L&T.

Fixing only MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. MCCBs will be provided by the department at site. 2.The rate quoted shall be inclusive of disconnection of all existing Electrtical connections and reconnecting with the new MCCBs with new Thimbles, lugs, collection of MCCBs from store of AGE(E/M) and taking out old unserviceable MCCBs as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fixing only MCCB 4 Pole 125 Amps complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. MCCBs will be provided by the department at site. 2. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of disconnection of all existing Electrtical connections and reconnecting with the new MCCBs with new Thimbles, lugs, collection of MCCBs from store of AGE(E/M) and taking out old unserviceable MCCBs as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Laying only in trenches/passing through pipe, fix along the wall etc 1100 vollts grade heavy duty LT XLPE cable insulated, aluminium standred conductor served with an inner sheating of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed cross section area 240 sq mm 3.5 core and testing connecting complete. Note : (i) XLPE Cable will be provided by department at site. (ii) Earth work and excavation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Laying only in trenches/passing through pipe, fix along the wall etc 1100 vollts grade heavy duty LT XLPE cable insulated, aluminium standred conductor served with an inner sheating of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed cross section area 185 sq mm 3.5 core and testing connecting complete. Note : (i) XLPE Cable will be provided by department at site. (ii) Earth work and excavation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductors, HRFR type, conforming to IS specifications, with colour code drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade of minimum 20 mm size, as per ISI specifications and PVC conduit fittings and accessories or casing capings incl acceesoires fixed on wall / ceiling or concealed on wall and fixed on ceiling etc with suitable clamps, screws, etc or concealed in wall including MS anodised terminal boxes factory fabricated with standard thickness suitable for the approved make of accessories for housing the modular type switch sockets outlets etc, including provn of 1.5sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly all as specified and as directed for the following:- (a) one light point controlled by one No. one way switch.

All as per Item No.34 above, but One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket on independent board.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type one way 5A, single pole 240 volt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix switch socket outlet 3 pin 5A, 240 volt, flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only wall mounted LED batten with smart sensor polymer, 20 w 4 feetwith with all accessories with cable inlet and outlet pipe omplete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. NOTE: Wall mounted LED batten will be provided by the department at site.

Fixing only wall mounting fan swinging type 400mm with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. NOTE: Wall mounting fan will be provided by the department at site.

Fixing only pedestal fan swinging type 400mm with complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. NOTE: Pedestal fan will be provided by the department at site.

Fixing only LED inverter lamp 9 watt works on AC supply in normal mode and DC supply in inverter mode with in built battery backup up to 4 hours high efficiency high lumen per watt out put complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. NOTE: LED inverter lamp will be provided by the department at site.

Fixing only LED Post top lantern 60 watt, G-06 type fixed on and including 75mm outer dia GI pipe and necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. NOTE: LED Post top lantern will be provided by the department at site.
