M&L for preventive maintenance /cleaning of cooling tower -03Nos ( Make MIHIR) of capacity 180 TR fitted with CT fan motor cap 5.5KW/7.5HP the bottom tub shall be cleaned thoroughly by necessary cleaning agent including checking of serviceability of CT fan tightness and bearing smoothness,fan blade tightness, ,correctness of alignment of circular type sprinkler branch line and ensuring periodical cleaning / proper supply of water from make up tank 30000 litre capacity all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Cleaning /servicing activities to be carried out once in a month interval by a qualified technician. (ii) Any type of T&P and cleaning agent such as detergent,wire brush etc required shall be arranged by the contractor and included in the quoted rate.

M&L for descaling of 3 x 180 TR rating AC Plant at DRDO complex by the expert Refrigerator Mechanics which includes the following :- (a) Transporting and providing special T&P, descaling solution in sealed containers from manufacturer's outlet to site of work in side tech area. (b) Expert Engineers with team of trained refrigerator mechanic to check the three units of AC plants for external setting of components, disconnection and detecting damages/faults. (c) Opening of end covers and inside water circulating tubes of evaporator and condenser units of all three chillers. (d) M&L for fixing short pipe sockets of mild steel tubing 25 mm dia for entry & outlet of condenser and evaporator for faciliting circulation of descaling solution by 1 HP mono block pump set after mixing it in water in ratio of 1:5 for 24 hours. Note :- (a) Supplying the chemical solution for descaling solution for descaling is included in the unit rate quoted. (b) Strength of descaling solution shall be measured with pH paper and if the strength is less than 30%, then the descaling has to be done again by the contractor at his own cost to achieve the desired level of pH and nothing shall be payable extra on this account. (c) In case of damages of any equipment due to negligency of labour the same shall be got repaired by the contractor at his own cost and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

M & L for servicing,cleaning of prefilter/fine filter pads completely by removing from AHU units ( CSUs) and making dust free by air pressure /watering drying and refixing at position including checking of serviceability of dehumidifier pumpset 0.5 HP cap and blower motor 1.5 HP cap including fan belt tightness ,serviceability by of blower motor once in two months intervel all as directed by engineer in charge in the following locations: (a) Building no B1=31 AHUs (b) Building no B2= 25 AHUs (c) Building no B3 = 16 AHUs

M & L for servicing,cleaning of prefilter/fine filter pads completely by removing from AHU units ( Floor mounted ) and making dust free by air pressure ,watering drying and refixing at position including checking of serviceability of dehumidifier pumpset 2 HP cap and blower motor 7.5 HP cap including fan belt tightness ,serviceability by of blower motor once in two months intervel all as directed by engineer in charge in the following locations: (a) Building no B4=06 AHUs (b) Building no B5 = 02AHUs

Servicing and maintenance of Rapid cool cap 90 KW Hot water generator (total- 3 Nos) complete by opening the existing assy and draining out complete water cleaning the container checking of serviceability of heating element, pressure gauge etc. and reassembling the same and testing all as specified and as directed. all as specified and directed

Servicing and maintenance of Rapid cool cap 45 KW Hot water generator (total - 4 Nos) complete by opening the existing assembly and draining out complete water cleaning the container checking of serviceability of heating element, pressure gauge etc. and reassembling the same and testing all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting taking down mechanically and electrically unserviceable blower fan motor for 1.5 KW/ 2 HP capacity from the AHU system, shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the electric motor and removing burnt out windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding with super enemelled copper winding wire as per existing gauge and size varnishing and drying complete, reassembling, replacing the ball bearings as per existing size and make and transporting to site, re-fixing at original position, connecting electrically and mechanically, testing for satisfactory working all as directed.

M&L for disconnecting and taking down mechanically and electrically unserviceable primary water pump motor 4 HP capacity for chiller unit, head 10 mtrs and shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the electric motor and removing burnt out windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding with super enemelled copper winding wire as per existing gauge and size varnishing, drying complete, reassembling, replacing the ball bearings as per existing size and make and transporting to site, re-fixing at original position, connecting electrically and mechanically, testing for satisfactory working all as directed.

Taking out the defective dehumidification pump set alongwith motor from the AHU ( CSU Type) by disconnecting electrically and mechanically, shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the same to remove burnt out windings and defective parts, rewinding the motor with super enemelled copper winding wire including all insulating materials all as per existing, varnishing,drying etc complete and replacing the bearings,bushes as per existing size replacing the pump impeller, reassembling the same shifting to original site, reconnecting electrically and mechanically and testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed for the 0.50 HP 230 volts SP 2780 RPM.

All as per item No 25 here-in-above but of 1 HP cap of blower motor all as directed

Taking out Hot water generator pump set alongwith motor by disconnecting electrically and mechanically, shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the same to remove burnt out windings and defective parts, rewinding the motor with super enemelled copper winding wire including all insulating materials all as per existing, varnishing,drying etc complete and replacing the bearings,bushes as per existing size replacing the pump impeller, reassembling the same shifting to original site, reconnecting electrically and mechanically and testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed for the 2 HP 230 volts SP 2780 RPM.
