Deployment of Tractor with trailor and 4 laborers, driver, including the cost of diesel etc. complete, as per the direction of EIC.

Deployment of JCB for any earth moving, levelling, cleaning works pertaining to NTECL not covered under the scope of contractor under any other work of this BOQ. (Day refers to 8hrs of deployment)

P&L grouting with approved quality GPII or Rendroc-RG grouting material below the base plates bolt holes for foundation and strengthening works etc including labor, material tools & tackels etc. complete.

Cleaning of septic tank by deployment of Sewage cleaning tanker lorry and dispose the same at collection tank of STP located at NTECL

Aluminium door repairing including Greasing, oiling and speed adjustment of floor spring as per standard and setting of top stopper, bottom key plate and tightening of all screws, nuts etc complete all as directed by EIC.

Aluminium window repairing including fixing of U/T beads requited, greasing, tightening of all screws, nuts etc. complete all as directed by EIC. (Glass replaced will be paid seperately)

Repairing and servicing of rolling shutter by greasing, oiling removing and refitting cuting welding of the parts wherever necessary, making good of all accessories/parts lie straightening of guide channels curtain laths lock plate shaft hood cover gear shaft any type of lifting and locking arrangement etc complate to the satisfaction and insrtuction of EIC

Repairing of the existing wooden door shutter of any type, size at any elevation, location and restoring by setting the loosened hinges, disturbed alignment of tower bolt, al-drop, hydraulic door closer, latch with necessary screws, tools & tackles etc. complete to the satisfaction of EIC (Replacement of any damaged items such as hinges, aldrops, tower bolts will be paid in relevant BOQ items).

Removing the existing 40mm size gravel from the transformer pits/ yard screenign, cleaning, stacking and placing back in layers of 200mm thick, lighly tamping before layign the next layer including disposal of debris beyond plant boundary, all labour tools, tackles etc. complete as directed by EIC. (The quantity shall be arrived on measuring the stacks on site by reducing 7.5% to arrive at the net quantity for payment).

Supplying, stacking and filling of graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size (from kannal quarry) in transformer pits/yard in layers of 200mm thick, lightly tamping before the next layer including cost of royalt, seigniorages, all taxed etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (The quantity shall be arrived on measuring the stacks on site by reducing 7.5% to arrove at the net quantity for payment).

Supplying and filling in trenches with M-sand (confirms to IS: 383) watering (if required), ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Deployment of Air compressor 250 cfm with two leads for pneumatic cutters / hammers for demolishing works of concrete/brick work etc.

Deployment of backhoe loader (like JCB) mounted with breaker hammer for breaking heavy concrete blocks, pavements, walls and other such concrete structures, including the cost of fuel, operating charges, etc complete.
