Supply and fixing of point wiring for one light point / fan point / bell point (independent point), controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core (multi-stranded) copper conductor cable (FRLS) drawn into and including medium grade PVC conduit concealed (not less than 20 mm dia) with all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed (including chase cutting in brick/stone masonery wall for fixing conduit and plastering the external surfaces and matching the same with existing suface) and sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting fitting like switches, sockets, lamp holders, sketch fittings and covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size multi stranded copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified (Note:- wiring shall be in done in colour coding as directed by Engineer in charge )

(Note :- Two single core cables along with earth wire and conduit shall be measured as one unit length).

S&F sub main wiring with two single core FRLS PVC insulated and sheathed 1100 Volts grade, 10 Sqmm size cables, PVC insulated stranded copper conductor fixed in and including PVC conduite pipe 25mm dia with all accessories and one continuous run of 6.0 Sqmm copper conductor PVC as earth wire in green colour including chase cutting on brick/PCC block /stone masonry for fixing conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall as per existing. (Note :- Two single core cables along with earth wire and conduit shall be measured as one unit length).

Taking out old unserviceable service connection cable for replacement including S&F service connection cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated multi stranded aluminium conductor, 10 Sqmm 2 core size, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart with and including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C1, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt by the contractor.

Supply & Fixing high quality LED lighting fixture mirror type with high output diffuser 2 feet 1x5 watt 220V AC, complete with polycarbonate tube, white/ warm white suitable for mirror light internall prewired of 1.5 sqmm three core flexible cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Exhaust fan plastic body heavy duty ISI mark, 250 mm size with louvers including all connecting accessories and cutting opening on wall and making good as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed

Taking down for Repair of Exhaust fan of size 250 mm to 450 mm sweep of any type including replacement of burned copper winding, bearing and any other accessories and refixing after repair with suitable size nut bolts and wire complete all as specified and directed.
