Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm with two corrugations side lap fixed with J or L type crank hooks and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) on floor sub base all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Virified coloured ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed inn neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finishing of surface even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finishing of surface even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB Distribution board , 240 volts single pole and neutral ,single door, sheet steel, enclosure powder coated with 200Amps rated busbar with neutral link, 2 ways, SPN QVE Serics , fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MCB SPN 240V, 10 KA, C Series of 32 amps.

S&F MCB SP 240V, 10 KA, B Series and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning of single pole size 06 to 32 amp.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 12,178.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
