“Annual maintenance & repairing work at inside and outside of S-type quarters including newly allotted S-type quarters for cement, wood work and other miscellaneous civil work as and when required at Srabani Abasan.” Different civil works, cement works and wood work, at inside and outside of S-type quarters of Srabani Abasan under Salt Lake Drainage Sub Division is regularly maintained on emergent basis as per lodged complaint from different flat holders of Srabani Abasan and simultaneously civil maintenance works for newly allotted quarters has to be taken up on urgent basis as desired as well as instruction obtained from competent authority of U.D & M.A Deptt. ”All the required item of works are to be executed for the above mentioned work as per current DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates)-2023 (Vol. I & II) of CPWD & PWD (NH) schedule of rates vide Notification no. 1M-24/26/134 -R/PL , Dated-07.07.2026 by the Secretary of Public Works Department (Govt. of W.B) along with all of its Corrigenda and Addenda.
