Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of pipe line, electric cables etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for M-35 grade, 60 mm thick PVC moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS: 15658-2006, laid over 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete. Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive the cost of sand cushioning.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundation of pole complete

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in coping of pole complete

M&L for river sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable. Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment.

Taking down exiting PCC Cable Covers of any thickness for excavated trench and stacking at site complete all as directed.

Laying only PCC cable covers on the top surface for protection of under ground cable in trenches complete all as directed.(Note : servicable cable cover obtained from item No 8 here-in-above).

M&L for unreinforced precast cement concrete cable cover class HV, ISI marked, Type 1, flat, size 300x180x40 mm embossed with "ELECTRIC" on the top surface for protection of under ground cable in trenches complete all as directed. Make: Mehtab tiles / Ultra tiles / Sirex / Scorpio or any ISI marked tiles as approved by GE.

Taking down existing HT XLPE Cable and Supply, laying and testing new HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, earthed, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade, 3 Core, 95 Sq.mm cross sectional area laid in trenches/ fixed on poles including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work, excavation, cable covers and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for replacement of old burnt jumper connection of all three phase with new jumper connection by using Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) (MINK) including necessary lugs, nuts, bolts and alkathline pipe with color code (RYB) suitable for 11000 Volts complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Jumper connections from HT bus bar to GOD, DO and LA connections for three phase will be measured as one job)

M&L for heat shrinkable cable straight through joint, outdoor type, suitable for 11 kV, 3 Phase, AC, 50 Hz, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core, 95 / 120 Sq.mm including jointing materials and accessories complete including taking down old end joints all as specified and as directed.

S&F air break switch triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating up to 400 Amps complete with and including insulators horizontal /vertical rod and operating pipe of suitable size and length including taking down of old unserviceable air break switch, jumper connections and reconnecting of suitable size and length and making connection to new AB switch gang operated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs HT 11 kV drop out fuse assembly with insulator and base including fuse tube, fuse carrier top connectors incoming and outgoing connectors all as specified and as directed. (Note: Rate include taking down existing unserviceable/ Faulty DO fuse assembly and fix the new one and make the incoming and outgoing connections and switch on the supply through the new DO fuse assembly all as directed)

M&L danger notice plate of 1.0 mm thick aluminium sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT of size 25x20 cm, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting HT two pole structure (concrete pole 11 m) using cement base paint after cleaning the pole surface, and one coat of silver paint to existing cross arms including cleaning the cross arm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete annd M&L for MS cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under aluminium paint coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as directed.

Disconnecting / Taking out the existing transformer from site electrically and transporting to workshop for servicing and repairing including loading unloading and handling to carry out the following repairs and refixing the same after repairing, install, test and commissioning at its original / new location. Decanting the transformer oil and checking of all parts for repair / replacement of parts 63 to 400 kVA capacity of Transformer 11 kV/440V, 3 Phase, AC 50 Hz. Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Rewinding of coil all as per its original specification by copper conductor/strip and with necessary insulation materials
