M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base all as specified and directed .

M & L for chequered coloured cement concrete tiles 20x20cmx 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/steps including screed bed or bedding layer of morter 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Supply only 4 mm thick glass dividing strips , width of strip 35 mm.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in kerb including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc.not exc 10 sq m on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers n exc 25 cm thick, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete cover slab for manhole in type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in CM 1:6.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings under 40 Sq cm in section for unframed work in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc, in unframed works complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work such as in brackets for rain water pipe, gutter, gate etc., all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and directed.

M&L for IInd class HW plain fillets square or rectangular in section clean sawn, secured with nails, but bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face area exc. 13 and n.exc 25 Sqcm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 26 here-in-before but except fillets.

M&L for Rolled sections (Tubular sections) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins , wall framing ,where connected to common rafters and fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified abd directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing surface finishes of external walls and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal paint over a coat of suitable primer over 3mm thick, 3 layer wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, and applying two coats of anti corrosive Epoxy paint over a coat of Epoxy primer, over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for applying anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying anti-termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. as in apron, all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying anti-termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same, all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down old sub main wiring of any size

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm (FRLSH) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable and 1 run of 4 Sqmm (FRLSH) cable as earth continuity wire and including PVC conduit concealed in wall/floor including cutting chesses and making good distrubed surface to match with existing surface . Note -1. 2 runs of 4 Sqmm sub main wire and one run of 4 sq mm for earthing and PVC conduit with accessories shall be measured as one unit.
