Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge.Nominal concrete 1:2:4 mix (including equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Vacuum de-water flooring(VDF) by fixing channels, doing the vacuum dewatering over the placed concrete, power floating the compacted base flooring incorporating non-metallic floor hardner FH 20 or equivalent @ 3kg/sqm, cutting the concrete in panels of size 4m x 3m intervals by groove cutting the panels in 5mm width x 10 mm deep after 3 to 4 days of water curing, filling this gap with polysulphide sealant or any suitable flexible materials after 7 to 10 days of curing with all materials, tools, machines etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers. All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x15 cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 15cm in: CM 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) etc complete

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand). All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Providing 12mm dia L bolts for fixing the wooden fender to the bottom ledge with M.S. rods 45 cm long including charges for supplying nuts, threading, bending and placing in position as per instruction during execution including cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete.

Supplying and fixing in position anjili wood wooden fender of size 15 x 10 cm plained and lap jointed to the bottom ledge including charges for necessary overlap providing holes for bolts fixed in ledge as per instruction cost and conveyance of all materials required etc. complete. except L bolts.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work, after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper,all works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC ( Volatile Organic Compound) content with water thinnable cement primer on walls surface having VOC content less than 50 grams / litre after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper.All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Engaging man coolie for cleaning and clearing the area. The payment may be released only against the actual labours engaged.
