Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing levelling the bed & deposited excaved nmaterials with 50 mt. away all labour T & P etc. complete.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick including watering and compacting with all leads and lifts including cost , carriage royalty etc.

Cement concrete ( 1:3:6 ) with 4cm size h.g. metal in foundation & plinth including hoisting lowering laying in layers 15 cm thick compacting watering curing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brickwork including cost conveyance and royality etc complete

Supplying and fitting of 80 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by block macking machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP - 63:2018.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass with wire netting of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Fixing ceramic tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Providing and applying of POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL antitermite treatment by diluting and injecting along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 litres / sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300 mm including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather coat paint two coats over a coat of primer of approved shade to give an even shade including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete.

Blinding the road surface with gravel including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with all labour , T&P etc all complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of RCC garden benches of approved quality complete with frame and all fitting and fixtures.
