Material and labour scraping of old bubbled paint from Isolator box approximate size 2.50 x 2.50x 1.50m at 66 KV sub station including preparation of surface and re-painting with spray gun with one coat of synthetic enamel grey paint and one coat of black paint to the angle iron frame after prepration of old steel surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour taking down by scraping and preparation the surface from the CTs & PTs tower steel structures approximate size 9 x 2.2' x 2.2' at 66 KV sub station including repainting one coat of super quality of aluminium paint with spray gun, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) weasel/Zebra for 66 KV sub station including fixing, stretching on Steel structures and proper noseling with binding wire with insulator of any size as required at site including Dismantling and taking down old unsv conductor incl zebra conductor from 66 KV sub station complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour servicing of 3 Phase 0.35 HP motor installed in automatic functioning of EHV isolator 66 KV, including greasing and complete maint of motor, switches, contactors and other acessories installed in isolator box complete, including taking down and replacement of defective spare as per existing complete all as specified and directed. Note-Automatic testing of isolators shall be carried out by contractor infront of Engr-in-charge and the cost of testing included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

Material and labour in replacement potential transformer (PT) as in repair draw out type of ratio 66KV/3/110V/3V, VA Burden = 100 VA CL:1:0, 50VA CL:3P including suitable capacity of HT fuses. The voltage transformer set as suitable for 66KV incoming feeder (suitable as with same model and capacity installed at 66KV MRS) including re-wiring and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 72.5 KV outdoor incomer CT transformer 150/75/ 1-1-1-0.5773 for metering and operation Oil cooled insulation level 140 KV/325 KVp short time current rating 50 KA / 1 second, 6 core dia class 60 VA / 0.2 class with oil as per IEC 60044.10 including taking down of existing unservicable CT complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement Bimettallic Clamp or T clamp or CT Clamp or Cross Clamps for connection of Zebra conductor with Cable end, CTs, NCTs, Transformer HT Bushes complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each clamp will be considered as one item of work.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of switch Air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated vertical type 12 insulators and with galvanized frame, operated from ground level including operating rod, handle locking mechanism, current carrying capacity 200 Amps 11000 Volt fixed on existing channel with nut bolt and washers, incl taking down of old unsv GOD from pole structures complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of structural mild steel channel, angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners, eye hooks, pole clamps, stay clamps, and back plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer ,one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete, all as specified and directed. Note: Insulators to be measured and paid for separately.

Supply & Fixing in replacement Insulator disc type,string type porcelain 66KV highest system voltage 72.5 Kv , short time current 31.5 KA, mechanical failing load Kgf insulator string & their fitting 9000 kgf, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement disc type insulator porcelain vitreous brown 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball & socket type white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as directed.

Supply, Laying, connecting including testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 240 Sqmm 3 Core, 11000 volts grade laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing including taking down of old unsv UG cable from trenches etc complete, all as specified and directed. (Excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

Supply, Laying, connecting including testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 400 Sqmm 3 Core, 11000 volts grade laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing including taking down of old unsv UG cable from trenches etc complete, all as specified and directed. (Excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper plate 60cm×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip 20x3mm by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of copper, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 32mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I and including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include chemicals upto top of electrode plate, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering, protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc including testing on completion and taking down of old earthing as existing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The rates for earth work, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire wesh, RCC cover, etc shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) Test result of earth resistance of connected chemical earth pits shall be less than 0.5 ohms.(iii) The copper plate and copper strip shall be brazed and never be fastened using nuts and bolts.

Supply and fixing in repair Fiber cable top cover as on existing cable duct (anti corrosive type) of size not less than 450mm wide and 5mm thick including making drilling, fixing on existing channel with support angle and providing suitable size of steel screws and washers complete, all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes,for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc not exceeding 10 Square metre on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil of any description, complete all as specified and as directed..

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover, class HVP, Type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Material and labour for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor end termination coldshrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sq mm including joint testing and taking down of old joint as existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement differential relay of 66 KV/11 KV transformer control panel, 3 phase, in-1A, F=50 Hz, EL=24-240 Volts, incl dismantling of old unseviciable differential relay and necessary setting of new relay with all connected tripping mechanism/power transformer control relays and submit necessary test report complete all as specified and directed.Make:- Model No RET 615 of ABB or equivalent of makes as specified in Appx attached.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Pole assembly complete set with vacum bottle Article No IVYN400901-LA suitable for VD-4 Breaker including servicing of complete breaker and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the HT VCB panel after disconnecting HT supply and installed after repairing and servicing of HT panel and breaker , removing moisture and dust from HT bus bar and from inside of HT panel of 66 KV / 11 KV substations applying petroleum jelly to to the bus bar , greasing to the moving parts complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (a) Removing the complete fixed contacts, moving contacts, cleaninig the contacts,removing the fittings and fixing back to the breakers after adjusting the pressure. (b) Checking charging motor, motor relay, anti pump relay of the breaker, lubricate and align properly for smooth and perfect operation. (c) Check and service the operating mechanism closing mechanism, and tripping mechanism including spring pressure, position etc.(d) Checking, setting of the movement of the trolly of breaker lubricate it adjust the stopper bolt/lever for proper functioning of the breaker. (e) Check the auxilliary switch, shunt trip assembly, closing / Trip solenoid, limit switch and complete contol wiring of the breaker and repair the same for effective functioning of the breaker. (f) Testing of IR value and submitting report of IR value with the help of meggar and commissioning the HT vaccum circuit breaker all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- VCB spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item. However other than mentioned spares in this schedule if required for smooth functioning of VCB, cost of fixing the spares deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for Overhauling and testing of secondary injection of over current and earth fault relay of HT VCB 11 KV panel on each multiple setting , re adjustment and calibration the same complete, checking of control wiring including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Overhauling and testing of primary injection by artificial load through CTs on each multiple setting of over current and earth fault relay of HT VCB 11 KV, testing CTs polarities , relay calibration, co ordination of relays complete and checking of control wiring including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Material and labour heating, filtration and dehydration of transformer oil as per IS : 10028 (Part-III) 1981, Para 5.2 (obtained from 66KVA transformer installed at various sites) with dehydration/ filtration plant to achieve desired dielectric strength complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The cost of dehydration machine and other tools and plants required for heating, filtration and dehydration of transformer oil shall be included in the quoted rate . (b) The contractor shall arrange electric supply to run the dehydration machine and cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor and cost included in the quoted rate. (c) The contractor shall inform the Eng-in-charge in writing, two day in advance for Schedule of dehydration / repair of transformer in order to plan shut down. (d) The contractor shall arrange labour, tools and plants and other stores in a manner to restore the electric supply within stipulated time i.e maximum within 08 hrs time period. (e) Dehydration and topping up of oil shall be carried out in front of concerned executives and necessary test report be submitted duly signed by the contractor and Engr-in-charge (f) Any loss of transformer oil during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor at his own expenses.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of Battery 2V,100Ah dry cell type for breaker relays of 66/11 KV HT SF6 & VCBs including standardized stand rack for batteries and fixing in switch room floor complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and pouring new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (1993) for transformers installed at various site for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 60 KV at 4 mm gap including draining of old oil complete all as specified and directed. Note : Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge, Container shall be deposited by the contractor to the deptt, which will be returned after completion of conract.

Material and labour for replacement of bimetalic pad clamp suitable for existing 66 kv isolators of size not less than 4'x4' of capacity 1250 amps with six nos of screws with nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 32x6 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion and taking down of old earthing as existing at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 4.00 mm GI wire earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe 15mm dia (medium grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in pit, RCC cover slab 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm dia TMT bars @10cm c/c both way with one 8mm dia bar as handle for lifting, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade watering pipe, funnel, wire wesh, charcoal or coke & salt in alternate layers, etc.all as indicated including testing on completion and taking down of old earthing as existing at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC.

M & L for loose filling in substations, under poles, under transformers of hard core broken to gauge not exc 63 mm broken stone/boulders incl leveling and spreading lime stone powder under stones complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M & L carryout the following tests/tasks with the help of appropriate eqpt/meter as specified and through reputed firm for EHV testing. (A) POWER TRNSFORMER -03 Nos (i) Oil sample collection and BDV testing with BDV high voltage test machine and submitting the report. (ii) Testing of all transformer controls such as Buchloz Alarm/Trip by injecting air at pressure, OSR-Trip, Oil Temp Alarm/Trip by physical operation of the operation of guage, winding temp, alarm/trip by actual operation of guage, MOG alarm by actual operation and other indications of breaker and isolators along with checking of interlocks of all 66 KV systems with actual testing by giving commands from the remote sensers and submitting the report. (iii) Checking of IR Values of transformer including HT Cables with high accuracy approved insulation motorized tester having voltage range 500 to 5000 Volts, polarization index of transformer oil and submitting the report. (iv) Remote sensing of temperature rise at bushing (with infrared temp senser on quarterly basis and submitting the report. (v) Checking the Function of OLTC/RTCC/AVR operation on manual/automatic and contunity of winding during change over switch with contunity meter and submitting the report.

(B) BREAKERS (SF-6)- 05 Nos (i) Checking of IR value with high accuracy insulation tester of 5000 volts between phases to earth and between the phases with breaker open and close position and submitting the report. (ii) Operating timings closing/tripping with scopes make timer set and submitting the report. (iii) Gas pressure check through gas pressure gauge and submitting the report. (iv) Measuring of contact resistance with contact resistance meter (CRM) and submitting the report. (v) Checking of SF6 Gas pressure switch setting for alarm and lock out and submitting the report. (vi) Remote sensing of temperature rise at jumpers in the switch yard with infrared temperature senser on quarterly basis and submitting the report. (C) CURRENT /POTENTIAL TRANSFORMERS- -07 Nos (i) Checking of leakage of oil. (ii) Checking of IR value and submitting the report. (iii) Tightening of connections of control cables. (iv) Remote sensing of clamp temperature at maximum load.

(D) ISOLATORS-05 Nos (i) Operation/alignments/leveling and interlocks, structure adjustment including minor repairs if any. (ii) Remote sensing of temperature rise at jumpers. (iii) Jumper tightning /Setting. (iv) Cleaning and tightning of jumpers. (v) Checking of condition of contacts with CRM for deposition and their rectification. (E) LIGHTNING ARRESTORS-05 Nos (i) Checking of IR Value and submitting report. (ii) Leakage current/Earthing.

(G) 66 KV C & R PANELS- 03 Nos (i) Checking and testing of complete AC/DC circuit healthiness and AC/DC failure alarms with high standard testing sets with variable AC/DC voltage instrument. Proper equipment to be brought at site for carrying out the testing and submitting the report. (ii) Operation/Testing of relays/setting with secondry injection set, other relays such as REF, Differential relay and overcurrent/earth fault relays with actual current feeding at terminals and co-ordination of relays to achieve desired result and submitting the report. (H) DC BATTERY /CHARGER- 02 Nos (i) Checking of condition of battery and their output voltage. (ii) Checking of DC Voltage per cell maintaining record in the Battery Register provided by the contractor. (iii) specfic gravity of cell. (J) EARTH PIT- 18 Nos Testing of all earth pits and resistance measurement as well as combined grid earth measurement with digital earth tester on monthly basis and maintain the record on earth test register provided by the contractor. Notes: The contractor must go through the notes before quoting their rates :- (i) The above test as per item No 2 (A) to (J) . (ii) All the above tests/task will be carried out in presence of JE E/M/ Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Contractor will give prior intimation to carry out maint/monthly/quarterly/tests to plan shut down.
