Hire & Running Charges of Tools & Plants for Electrical, Plumbing, Cleaning & Security Services (including maintenance, fuel, etc.) per Year

Charges for providing uniforms (2 sets per year), I-Cards, boots, hand gloves, safety goggles, masks, etc. to deployed staff per Year

Service Charge (considering the yearly man power cost Service to be Rs. 34,20,000/- per annum) (As per Notification no 19595/F dt 11.07.2023 issued by Finance Department, Govt. of Odisha, Service Charge shall be minimum 3.85% to maximum 7%. The service charge will always be calculated as percentage derived from quoted amount keeping total amount as Rs. 34,20, 000.If the quoted service charge will not fall within 3.85% to 7%, then RFP will be rejected. The service charge will be paid along with monthly bill@ the derived percentage of actual manpower cost excluding ESI, EPF, GST, Hiring charges etc to the awarded agency.)
