Strengthening the Road from Thiruverumbur Sooriyur Road to Sattelite Town Anna Nagar Km 0/0-3/8 ( R63 ) Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification

Picking the existing BT Surface including all charges etc complete.,

Collection and supply of carted earth from approved quarry an average lead 1km including cost and conveyance of all materials to site anf labour charges etc.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 150mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying Primer Coat over the WMM surface using 7.00 Kg of bitumen as binder for 10 Sqm. area including cost and conveyance of bitumen which will be supplied departmentally at departmental section store at Union Office and cost of the same which will be recovered from the contractor's bill at the rates specified in the special condition appended herewith including conveyance of bitumen from section stores to worksite handling charges of bitumen from section stores to worksite handling charges of bitumen at both ends and including all labour chargesbitumen to the required temperature including labour charges for applying tack coat uniformly including hire charges of bitumen sprayer (with self heating and pumping arrangement) and all other tools and plants employed and also as directed by the Engineer incharge and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 505 of most specifications.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over the Primer surface using 2.50 Kg of bitumen as binder for 10 Sqm. area including cost and conveyance of bitumen which will be supplied departmentally at departmental section store at Union Office and cost of the same which will be recovered from the contractor's bill at the rates specified in the special condition appended herewith including conveyance of bitumen from section stores to worksite handling charges of bitumen from section stores to worksite handling charges of bitumen at both ends and including all labour chargesfor cleaning the surface before the application of bitumen binder and heating the bitumen to the required temperature including labour charges for applying tack coat uniformly including hire charges of bitumen sprayer (with self heating and pumping arrangement) and all other tools and plants employed and also as directed by the Engineer incharge and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 505 of most specifications.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadam using 0.20cum fo 26.50-13.20mm,0.43cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm & below size IRCmetal with 37Kgs of bitumen for pre mixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant20-30 ton capacity , conveying the mix by tipper trucks top a versite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by8-10tonne Vibratory/ Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc.,including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 to CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/ 9m paver finisher,Vibratory/Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required ,including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm,0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of bitumen per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant20-30 ton capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by8-10 tonne Vibratory/Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc.,including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks,Paver Finisher/9m paverfinisher,Vibratory/Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required,including fuel and all other incidental chargesetc., complete as per specification

Providing and Laying gravel soling to compacted thick including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to works site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller, water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete. Km 0/0-1/0

Provision for Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on Bituminous Surface including all charges etc complete.,

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost For the First Year from the date of completion of work
