3.2 c) Executed in any one year of the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) the following minimum quantities of work 1) Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical/manual means-1666 cum, 2) Cement concrete (Including RCC & PCC)-1280 cum, 3) Reinforcement Steel-24 MT Note: The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or Equivalent or Employer in case of Govt / Semi Govt. Authorities and General Manager in case of Public Sector Undertaking
3.2 d) The tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license and should have executed similar electrical works totaling to Rs. 32.00 Lakh in any one year.
3.2 e) The tenderer or his identified subcontractor should possess experience in Construction of minimum ofSBR/HAAF/CAMUS/NEBR/equivalent Type STP/WTP with minimum2.80MLD Capacity in last five years
3.2 b)Satisfactorily completed (at least 90 Percentage of the contract value) as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as UGD project/STP project/ water supply project/Irrigation Projects/combined water supply and sewerage project/ combined water supply or Sewerage project with Road/combined water supply or Sewerage project withLayout works/combined water supply or Sewerage project with Building works of value not less than Rs.507.00Lakh. If the bid is submitted as joint venture, then any onepartnershouldmeet the requirement.
3.3 a) availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease/hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished. Excavators- Total 1 Nos. (Owned-0 Nos. and Hired-1Nos.) Tippers-Total 2 Nos. (Owned-1 Nos. and Hired-1 Nos.), Self-loading Concrete mixer-Total 1 Nos. (Owned-0 No. and Hired 1No.) If the bid is submitted as joint venture, then any one partner/jointly should meet the requirement Note: The bidder shall provide invoice/RC book copies for owned vehicles and for lease/hire vehicles, agreement along with RC book copy/invoice for vehicles.
3.3 b) Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.335.00Lakh (credit lines/letter of credit/Certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., (equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period) in the form of unconditional credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled Banks, Karnataka, India as per the format below
3.2 a) Achieved in each of the at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover1 (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 2025 Lakhs.(i)Audited profit and loss account statement/balance sheets certified by the chartered accountant, (ii) Turnover certificate with UDIN and (iii) IT returns filed for the above indicated 5 years is to be uploaded along with the technical bid. If the bid is submitted as JV, then the requirement of minimum financial turnover shall be considered on the basis of combined resources. The lead partner should have an annual financial turnover of not less than 51% of total turnover indicated above in any two financial years during last 5 financial years.All document/certificates issued by a Charted Accountant should have a UDIN (unique document Identification Number) generated through the ICAI(The Institute of chartered accountants of India) Portal. Certificate without UDIN the documents uploaded will be considered and treated as invalid documents. Note-In case of JV, Joint venture partnership deed shall be submitted as per section 10 format for Joint Venture along with the other documents through KPP Portal. 1) Individual-Rs.2025lakhs,2) Joint Venture(Lead Member-Rs.1032.75lakhs
