The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing water proofing tratment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compouned coating of make as approval in Technical Instruction 5/2003 by adding: (a) 15mm thick rendering CM (1:4) with Liquid water proofing compound 200ml per 50kg bag of cement on floor and wall , finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). (b) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ .126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs including complete removal of old treatment to sunken portion etc complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for Item No 81 & 82 : (a) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute. (b)Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a max pressure 3300 PSI (c) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface (d) Masking of window/doors during spray painting using polythine film is included in quoted rate of this item (e) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. (f) The work pertaining to periodical services and water proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (e) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove & clear all the droplets/stain of paint left on the floor glasses & joinery, mats etc included in quoted rate. by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of Newly plastered surface and applying one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltr (undiluted/10 sqmtrs) diluted with water 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface and applying two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive and color stay Techonology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (Undiluted)/10 Sqm with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow spreed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. M & L for rewinding of ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm by dismantling the ceiling fan, removing shaft ,bearing and bushing, removing the burnt copper winding from the slots, cleaning slot, replacement of defective nut bolts washer etc and rewinding of fan motor using appropriate gauge/size super enameled copper winding wire thermal class-E, including varnishing and reassembling. Providing three core copper cable PVC insulated multi stranded 0.5mm 30cm length for connection of fan from ceiling rose and testing of fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair ball bearing of any size suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Gun metal bush of any size suitable for ceiling fan of 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING

M & L Sub Main for AC point with PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded FRLS copper conductor 2x 4.0 sqmm (nominal area) cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl PVC casing and capping/conduit with all accessories fitment including joint boxes, terminal boxes etc complete alongwith copper earth wire PVC insulated & unsheathed multi stranded(FRLS) copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm as continuous earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete as specified and as directed

S&F in single pole & neutral enclosure with a two pin & earth plug & socket complete with double pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation/ fixing, testing and commissioning of Air conditioning unit of 1.5 TR capacity (Split type unit comprisiong of indoor and outdoor unit) electric driven (single phase 230 Volt, 50 Hz) and with inbuilt air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with min BEE 5 star rating and EER 3.2, incl necessary fixing arrangement complete (indoor unit at suitable place and height inside the room and outdoor unit at suitable place outside the room) incl metallic bracket with fixing bolts for outdoor unit, insulated piping etc all as specified and directed. Note : (i) AC shall be initial filled /charged with refrigerant of specified quality (ii) Additional refrigerant pipes required beyond as supplied by manufacturer deemed to be included in the rate. (iii) Suitable piping shall be provided of adequate length of sie 5/8" for draining of condensate water from indoor unit. (iv) Split type AC unit to supplied with cordles remorte control for operation. (vi) The condensing unit shall be of copper.

M & L for distribution board (DB), double door (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, neutral bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management , reversible door, flush to wall complete with IP-54 protection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 20 AMP , in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning of 32 A capacity complete all as specified and directed

HOT WATER SUPPLY

Dismantling of 500 ltr capacity cold water storage tank fixed with solar water heating system incl taking down incoming and outgoing pipe connection along with gate valve and Refixing the water tank and connection to incoming and outgoing pipe line, gate valve after necessary reassembling of solar water heating system complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of hot water tank from solar water heating system ETC type,incl taking down incoming and outgoing pipe connection,dismantaling of pipe line any size and type from solar heating system to hot water tank and hot water tank to gate valve,dismantaling of gate valves in outgoing/incoming complete and certain other accessories connected to solar water heating system complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel structure associated with solar water heating system and refixing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for reassembling of solar water heating sysyem ETC type any capacity complete with cold water tank,hot water tank,steel structure ,outgoing pipe from cold water to solar system,pipe line from solar sysytem to hot water tank along gate valve,NRV and other accessories,pipe line from hot water tank till gate valve and,certain other accessories connected to solar water heating system complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down and Refixing GI/CPVC/UPVC pipe from the solar heater and connect all the pipes as existing connection complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F solar glass tube 58/48 mm dia and 1800 mm long all as directed

NOTE : Amount of credit of Rs 6,27,150.00 for retrieved material is mentioned in SCHEDULE OF CREDIT on Srl Page No 30 & 31 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
