Earth work in excavation by machanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. The contrator has to detect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, Electric cable, Telephone cable, Gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) DSR 18/I.No. 4.1.8/P-

Taking out existing CC interlocking Paver Blocks from footpath/central verge, including removal of rubbish etc. disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (DSR 2016/ I.No. 16.83/P-280)

Construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material, spreding in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor,etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing & Laying in position cement concrete of specefied grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level -1:2:4 (1cement : 2 C-sand : 4 graded stone agg. 20MM N.S.) (DSR 16 I.No. 4.1.3 P-85)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand AOR 6.1.1

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50mmthick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost)

P/L factory made coloured chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, caompacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate/vibrator filling the joints with jamuna sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per manufacture's specifications & Direction of Engineer in charge 60mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.
