Digitization/Scanning/Meta-data entry of Documents in Record Room and installation and maintenance of Record Room Management System (RRMS) with supply/installation & maintenance of Server and Storage Hardware to KSMCA

Organization/firms/ companies having minimum 5 years experience of digitization/ scanning for Record Room Management oriented work whos having empanelled with e-governance under Digitization are eligible to participate

The bidder should have Average Annual turnover ofRs.5.00 Crores during preceding 3 years overall 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

Should have experience of digitization and Record Room Management oriented work with the total order value not less than Rs. 8.00Crores during preceding five financial years 2020-21 to 2024-25 (Combining all the 5 years) to Govt/ Semi Govt/ undertakings

The tenderer should have at least 10 nos. of latest document scanners which can scan up to A3 and above sized documents with minimum 600 dpi and up to 20,000 pages per day output capacity.Tenderers must have all necessary computer hardware/ server/ UPS and networking equipment for executing the work. Details and proof of purchase invoice /owning of scanners and computer equipment for completing the project shall be enclosed

The bidder shall have fully functional Registered Office in Bengaluru, Karnataka at least for a period of past 5 years, as on the date of Bid submission. The bidder should have a support office/Service Centres in Bengaluru, as on the date of tender submission

The bidder shall have ISO 9001-2015 or latest certification

The bidder should not have been debarred/blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central & State Govt. Undertakings/ enterprises/ Organizations and by any other Quasi Government bodies/ Organizations, World Bank / Govt E-marketing portal or any major Enterprise / Organization in India for non-satisfactory performance, corrupt &Fraudulent or any other unethical business practices, not meeting critical conditions/security clearance etc. The bidder should not be under liquidation court receivership or similar proceedings and should not be bankrupt

The bidder from such countries sharing a land border with India will be eligible to participate only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority as per the Directions of the Ministry of Finance Government of India.

The services/products offered by the bidder shall meet the Scope of the work and deliverables specification as per Appendix I of the Bid DocumenT
