(C) BASE FRAME & FOUNDATION: Common base frame for Engine & Alternator made from structural steel channel, PCC foundation including adequate number of suitable anti-vibration pads all as per the recommendation of the manufacture. (D) ELECTRICAL STARTING SYSTEM: Electric starting system with battery charging alternator and axial type starter motor including adequate number of high capacity maintenance free batteries as recommended by OEM / manufacturer including interconnecting cables / leads with terminals complete with starting / stopping switch, Voltmeter etc - 01 Set. (E) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Corrosion resistant, acoustic and weather proof enclosure with durable industrial locking system on doors, doors with gasket made of high quality EDPM Material, with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of Engine & Alternator, extraction and discharging of hot air to the atmosphere, made out of CRCA sheet with 11 tank pre treatment process and UV resistant powder coating and high quality noise absorbant & fire retardant grade acoustic insulation material (Rockwool) complying to IS 8183 well suitable for 250 KVA DG set to reduce noise level to 75 dbA, measured at 1.00 meter distance conforming to CPCB II norms.

Breaker is featured with mechanical ON & OFF Indicator with hand trip device, Spring release coil, Shunt trip coil & auxiliary switch of 6NO+6NC, with maximum system voltage rating of 12kV consisting of 2 Incomers of 800A VCB + 1 Outgoing Feeder of 800A VCB, Short Circuit Capacity of 26.3kA, Fully compartmentalised sheet steel enclosure floor mounting type with automatic safety shutters, independent pressure discharge flaps alongwith heat shrinkable PVC sleeved busbars, foundation bolts etc. with provision for termination of 2-Nos. 3-core PVC / XLPE / PILC cable using M-SEAL type or equivalent termination kits, Busbar Rating of 1250A, Bus-bars shall have full Voltage Sleeving on it and shall be self-supported type, i.e. without any support insulators.
