(a) Railway reserves the right to procure bulk quantity from RDSO approved source only.(b) Firms quoting other than RDSO approved source will be Mandatory to attached the tender specific authorization letter of RDSO approved OEM's for the tendered item. Otherwise offer may be pass over without further any information.

1) Material to be supplied on FOR Destination basis. No other FOR condition is acceptable.

Bid security declaration may be attached along with the e-offer otherwise their offer may be pass over without further any intimation.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Tenderers /Bidder should go through the "Tender Condition w.e.f.31.12.2021" ECoR document available in the IREPS website before submitting their offers especially the clauses 4.0, 5.0 of the instruction to the tenderers pertaining to EMD and SD. Please note that as per the latest guidelines, noncompliance of EMD clause may lead to non consideration of the offers of the firms.
