Demolition of brick work or stone masonry precast PCC block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or PCC blocks or stone wall or concrete surface etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for. (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified & directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonery with solid block of cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material for thickness above 15mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the compressive strength @ 28 days 10-12 Mpa/Bulk density 1500-1600 Kg/m3. (Note : The rate quoted by contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20 Mtr ht all as specified and directed) Make: Equivalent of Fosroc/ Sika/ Ultratech/ Choksey etc".

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred, stopped ends, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L P.C.C. 1:3:6 type C2 as in foundations, filling and mass concrete work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes, landing etc. setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed block for embedding hold fasts, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

Supply only chain link fencing of oblong wire mesh size 50x50mm with weight n.exc 4kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type of any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 stand steel barbed wire 2.24 dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins all as directed

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt exc.5 cm but n exc 10 cm long & dia of neck 11 to 15mm .complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC nominal mix type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in fdn, including raft, fooling fdn beams plinth beams bases for columns.

M&L for repair of pot holes any depth n exc 1.5 sqm in cross section each including sweeping free from dust ,mud, water sunken surfaces in roads , paths, hardstandings etc, cutting aroundedges to atleast 25 mm in depth and filling the pot holes with instant road repair bituminous material having avg aggregate size between 6 mm to 10 mm and density not less than 2200 Kg/ Cum and minimum Bitumen content not less than 6% , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick granite stone on steps,slabs, column etc including rubbing and polishing rounded and chamfered complete including screed bedding 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as spd

M&L painting with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide promer including preparing the new untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth.

Applying two coats of cement based paint over concrete or newly plastered suraces incl preparing new plastered surfaces.
