Removing broken /unserviceable short rail from charpoy GI pipe, cutting of long rail retrieved out of item Ser No 29.10 herein before & making short rail duly threaded to both ends all as per drawing & fixing in the charpoy Frame.

Removing broken/unserviceable legs of charpoy GI pipe,cutting of short/long rail retrieved from Ser No 29.10 & 29.20 here in before & making legs duly threaded and welded with clamps for fixing MNF Set 19 mm dia with MS flanges at bottom of legs all as per drawing.

Removing broken / unserviceable old GI elbow of charpoy GI Pipe, Supply & fixing of new GI elbows 3 way 32 mm dia ISI marked to the charpoy frame as per drawing.

Removing broken/unserviceable old GI plug of charpoy GI pipe, supply & fixing of new GI plug of approved quality to the bottom of legs of charpoy GI pipe as per drawing.

Removing unserviceable ply top from Charpoy GI and supply and fix 12mm BWR quality commercial ply wood IS 303 size 1980x900 mm make : Kit ply / Green ply/Century/Archid ply on top .

Removing existing unserviceable lock of Almirah large steel, S & F new lock of existing levers with duplicate Keys complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge, Make of lock shall be Godrej/ Harison.

Removing of existing unserviceable handle of Almirah large steel, supply and fix new handle of screwed heavy duty all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable leg of Almirah large steel, supply and fix new leg made of 1.25 mm thick MS Sheet made to shape, Leg shall be fixed by way of running welding as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Repairing the dislocated shelves by placing the shelves in proper places suitably by cleats /brackets /welding.

Removing existing unserviceable MS handle from locker steel, Supply and fix new handle of approved size by Engr-in-Charge/as shown in drg.

RACK STEEL THREE SPACES STEEL (FD-97/1023)

Removing existing unserviceable shelves of rack steel, supply and fix new shelf made of 1.00 mm MS Sheet of required size and shape all as shown in drg and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable Seat from Chair tubular steel with arm, Supply and fix of new seat made of hard wood duly caned with 2 mm wide half round white colour plastic cane of shah brand in Godreg pattern complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item 40.10 here in before but back rest.

Replacement of unserviceable arm rest of required size & shape made of 2nd class hard wood duly painted with two coats of black paint as specified.

Provision of two numbers of flat iron stiffeners at required place on each chair of size 430 x 25 x 3mm to rest the seat fixed with gas welding.

CHAIR TUBULAR STEEL WITHOUT ARM (FD-75 M)

Removing existing unserviceable seat from chair tubular steel with out arms. Supply and fix of new seat made of hard wood duly caned with 2 mm wide half round white colour plastic cane of shah brand in Godrej pattern.

All as per srl item 41.10 here in before but back rest.

Provision of two numbers of flat iron stiffeners at required place of each chair of size 430 x 25 x 3 mm to rest the seat fixed with gas welding.

Removing existing unserviceable base with caster wheel ,supply and fix of new base with caster wheel all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
