Cutting in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required setting out to the required line grades, side slopes trimming bottom and level as shown on the drawings and sorting out useful/un useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift and transportation of the un-usful materials and then disposing of surplus excvated earth through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means (if any required). Recovery for useful stone of 399.62 Cum @ 300/- per cum amounting to Rs. 119886/- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect.

Excavation in earth work in all kinds of soils and disposal of all excavated earth up to any leads such as pick work, jumper work and blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomrate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chieseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift and disposal of all excavated earth up to all leads,lifts and other incidentals and as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/ dewatering up to any lift, stacking the excavated soil up to any lead from the edge of excavation and then returing the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etcetra. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lift and carriage of materials in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/ dewatering including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed with in all leads and lift and carriage of materials in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling with sand under floor including watering, raimming, consolidated and dressing complete. including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm.(thirty into thirty into five milimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs.(four metre) and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in: (a) Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S code and PWD specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to the casting. The theorincal consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code. (i) Foundation, footing, bases of column and mass concrete. including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (Twenty Five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concerete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S code and PWD specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to the casting. The theorincal consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code Suspended floor roof, land and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever above plinth upto all floor level including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20 (twenty) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complate excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforcd cement concerete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S code and P.W.D specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to the casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code in mouldings as in cornices windows sitlls etc. upto any girth upto all floor level including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipements and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws.
