Supply & fix in Repair Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & install in Repair GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm buried In ground, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Test point terminal block for lightening conductors made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size of 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed incl 3 Nos 6mm dia 25 mm long hexa head screws including connected with earthing and GI / Aluminium strips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT ( 415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply ) CPRI approved and tested Street Light TIme switch Outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class ( IP-54 ) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work ( made out of 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm thick ), front opening type with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FR cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey shade 7035 embedded in ground with and including bocks of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of block size 30x30x30 cm, The scope of work also comprising of the following(18.01 to 18.03):-

The panel manufacturer should have following Govt. Approved Certificates: 1. Panel should be according to IEC-61439. CPRI Certification Degree of Protection IP-54 (IS/IEC : 61439 (Part-1), 2011 & IS/IEC : 61439 (Part-2) 2011) 2. Tempreature Rise (IS/IEC : 61439-1, 2011 & IS/IEC : 61439-2 2011) 3. CPRI Short Circuit IEC-61439-1 & 2 withstand strenght should be 70kArms for 1.0 Sec with intial peak of 154kApk 4. CPRI Certification IEC-61439-1 & 2 Rated current for short circuit not less than 6300 A with rated insulation voltage 660V 5. ISO 9001 CERTIFIED

Note : Unit rate quoted by the contractor here-in-before also includes for installation of panel on suitable PCC foundation and PCC platform incl necessary earth and PCC work all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation, in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying cable in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Sand cushioning to under ground cable with dry sand locally available 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, stretching and testing of cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable / serviceable class 'B' bricks from excavated trenches all as specied and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- Serviceable class 'B' bricks kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable bricks to be through in low lying area.

Supply and laying old size sub class ‘B’ bricks well burnt for cable protections laid flat with length equal to width of brick over cable perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Laying only serviceable sub class ‘B’ bricks as retrieved from Srl item No 23 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Heat Shrinkable 1.1 KV XLPE Straight Joints of following size including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and directed as follows :

10 sqmm to 25 sqmm size

35 sqmm to 50 sqmm size

Arranging fault locating machine to locate the fault in underground electric power cable of any length & any type of 1.1 KV grade HT/ LT cables & pin point the fault, it also include testing of the cable after locating fault and cutting the cable at Fault to fix the joint including excavation and earth wotrk in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective of Sch 'A' (ii) If fault is not rectifed within 24 hours after receivng message , the contractor shall be charged penalty for Rs 500/- per Hours & the same has been deducted from his account during RAR.

S & F in replacement of MCCB Encloser for 63/100/125 Amps MCCB, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Isolate/de-energize the supply to the LT Panel Board of capacity ranging from 100 Amps to 400 Amps and voltage 415 Volts/230 Volts, opening the doors/covers of the cubicle enclosure for carrying out the servicing/maintenance/repairs of the Panel Board, switch gear,MCCB, metering etc and re-fixing the same/New in place after repairs including testing and commissioning of the panel board comprising of the following:- a) Cleaning the inside switch gear chambers for removing dust, carbon and rusted surfaces including cleaning with blower . b) Check the condition of the DMC/SMC support insulators including cleaning applying Dr beck red for better IR values and replacement of insulators if required. c) Tightening up of all bus bar connections, cable connections, replace bolt, nuts wherever required. Note :- Spares will be measured and paid under relevant items of schedule. , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only 3 phase digital multi function meter with suitable accessories and fixing arrangements, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair and replacement of mild steel hinges suitable for LT panel board shutters including welding, riveting, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of surface by scrapping existing painted inside and out side surfaces of LT Panel board /Feeder piller of size not more than 1.5m x 0.75m x 1.2m and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) and one coat of heat resistant paint of approved quality and colour, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
