Exhibition Dome 2 No. Providing and erecting temporary type waterproof arch type portal frame steel structure with false ceiling and walls of white cloth neat and clean having minimum size 24 x 60 meter and center height 9.75 meter as per approved drawing and width of passage between two rows of stalls is 6 meter flooring of synthetic carpet. Front side of Dome with 4.57 meter should be covered by white decorated cloth/zalar. Dome includes inside arrangement of exhibition should be in extruded aluminium type with laminated panels fasci in vinyl letters, each stall have to be provided three tables with white cloths, three chairs, three spot lights, two plug points, one waste paper basket and 30 steel hooks for hanging exhibits. Electrical arrangement in dome ,150 ceiling fans 150 No. tube lights etc and 10 fire extinguisher each dome however if needed extra chairs and tables will have to be provided as per requirement etc. complete (As directed by Director of Extension Education). Providing Hydrogen Gas ballon of 7.62 Meter diameter endorsing logo and name of Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani. at the site of Exhibiiton. All necessary arrangements viz. ballon, hydrogen gas cylinder for filling of the ballon and erection of the ballon in air will have to be arranged by the Mandap Contractor. The ballon should be kept in air for three days i.e. 21/02/2024 to 23/02/2024

Providing RO Drinking water arrangement on exhibition ground 200 water cans/spot/day (Total 2 spots) and frequently filled with RO Drinking water and glasses along with a two person for distribution of water at each spots to visitor's on exhibition ground including drainage arrangement Also give 2 water cans/day to each stalls separately

Providing security services with 20 security guards (Male and Female) in uniforms with cap, logo, batten, whistle form a reputed security firm for a day shift and 10 guards during night for 2 days etc complete

Providing House keeping with 20 sweepers with Uniform and labours for keeping campus cleaning, carting of wastage material, sweepers for keeping the toilets neat and clean etc. using sanitary material included etc. complete. Cleaning of exhibition site at regular interval will be required during the period of exhibition. Garbage has to be lifted (Approx.2 trip/day through vehicle) from ground on daily basis

Providing visitors counting machine of five counting sets at the entrance No. 1 and counting the visitors at the end of every day and submission data of total visitors in three days etc with back up of power supply

Providing first aid facility as well as Ambulance

Providing Services of the following types, Interior Decorator, banner makers and any other related service. a) Announcers (3 Nos) b) Technology boards (6 Nos) c) Banner makers (backdrops of main Dias all the three days for various event)

Published Rabbi Agriculture Farm-2024 news in various newspapers should be produce/submit to this Office for final payment. Big hoarding for Parbhani city (5 NO) 10000 Posters (1.5X 3 ft) 3000 A4 Size coloured letters and information brochures for distribution in Marathwada and outside Marathwada) have to be done by madap contractor. The University will do its own publicity of exhibition for larger participation of farmers. Event manager should supply sufficient number of posters, letters and brochure to the University.
