Package 1 : Maintenance of 2 x500KVA Transformer Sub Station at TE Chembukavu

Filtering of Transformer oil of 2x500 KVA in door Transformers up to the desired value of dielectric strength, i/c arranging To and fro transportion of external filtering unit suitable to the site, furnishing the test certificate of approved agency etc as reqd.

Supplying and filling transformer oil for topping up the oil in the existing 11 KV in door 500 KVA Transformer etc as reqd.

Recharging the breather using fresh silica gel after removing the hydrated gel ,cleaning the assembly, refilling with new gels, refixing etc as reqd.

Servicing the existing 11 KV, 3 Panel load break switch 400Amps (make : uni power) with 1 incoming & 2 Outgoings HT Panel i/c cleaning the entire panel, and removing the dust, rust, and moisture contents, tightening nuts and bolts of the Bus bars, cable terminals and spouts, and improving the IR value by heating with a hot air blower after cleaning of accumulation of carbon deposits with CTC (Carbon Tetra Choride ), heating the interior of the panel board to expell moisture, applying two coats of moisture resistant winding varnish for all HT spouts and resin cast CTs, applying petroleum jelly in the fixed contacts of LBS , greasing the moving parts of LBS , reconnecting properly, etc i/c checking the control wiring and trip circuit, testing etc. i/c cleaning & removing the rust on surface of panel , providing one coat of superior quality spray enamel paint on accessible area of panel, sign writing etc complete as reqd.

Servicing of existing ACB in the LT panel i/c cleaning / checking all componets, mechanical parts, all moving and fixed contacts, auxilary contacts, all connections of CTs, control wiring, replacement of the minor components like springs , mechanical parts etc . i/c Lubricating all mechanical parts, cleaning contact tips, applying petroleum jelly on all contacts, refixing testing etc as required ( work should be carried out by a qualified and skilled technician)

Spray painting the outside of the 500 KVA Oil cooled indoor transformer i/c complete cleaning, removing dust, dirt, rust etc i/c pdg One coats of enamel paint on accessible surface area i/c checking the tightness of HT & LT cable terminations and all terminal connections for any occured overheating, tightening if required replacing the defective LT side gaskets of transformer terminal box, etc complete as required

Servicing of following Electrical panels including cleaning the inside dust, checking and tightening all the connections such as busbar, cables etc, tightening switch terminals/ busbar taping etc I/c removing dust deposit using vacuum cleaner and pdg minor repairs of switches etc, replacement of fused indication lamps/defective indication lamp holders and control fuse , replacing the damaged gaskets,i/c cleaning & removing the rust on surface of panel , providing one coat of superior quality spray enamel paint on accessible area of panel, sign writing etc complete as required. ( excluding servicing of ACBs)

Main MV panel of approximate size (size 4.80mtr x 2.30mtr x 1.0 mtr ) comprising 4 Nos 800A ACBs as incomers, 17Nos SFU/ SDF/MCCBs out goings, Bus bars, indication lamps, castle key arrangemnt setc. (Excluding servicing of ACBs )

11 stage APFC panel with APFC Controller & capcitors, contactors etc

Power room LT panel of approximate size (size 2.1mtr x 1.90mtr x 0.35 mtr ) comprising 2 Nos 630A switches as incomers, 13Nos SFU/ SDF/MCCBs out goings, Bus bars, indication lamps etc.

Power room LT panel of approximate size (size 3.0mtr x 1.90mtr x 0.45 mtr ) comprising 2 Nos 630A switches as incomers, 10Nos SFU/ SDF/MCCBs out goings, Bus bars, indication lamps etc.

Light and Power Rising mains from ground floor to second floor wall made of sheet steel enclosure with PVC insulated 4 Nos aluminium bus bars suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, with extension joints , insulations and earthing with all accessories, TPN tap off boxes and SFUs etc associated with rising mains i/c opening the sheet steel covers, complete cleaning servicing the busbars and accessories, tightening all terminations , providing new fastners / minor spares if reqd, resetting the rising main / tap off boxes / SFUs, i/c painting the accessible area etc. as required

Checking, correcting and testing of pick up time and closing time of IDMT relay 2 Nos of over current and 1 No of earth fault relay by injecting 5 amps current using testing kit i/c checking and correcting connected control wiring in the LT/HT panel, Checking shunt trip circuit, auxiliary switch, trip healthy indication , trip push button etc as required.

Checking, meggering for earth resistance of the existing earth pits, cleaning the joints and reconnecting, replacing corroded nut and bolts, washers etc with new ones etc as required.

Supply following accessories for 11KV substation etc as required.

Supply of ISI MARKED rubber mat suitable for HT supply as required.

Supply of 6 mm nominal thick rubber mat suitable for MV supply as required.

a) Rubber gloves of 11KV grade.

Replacing the existing defective flourescent tube light fittings on surface of wall / ceilng in substation room with new 20W LED tube light fittings i/c dismantling the defective, Supplying and fixing of new lights with all accessories testing etc as required.

Supply and fixing 450mm sweep 1400 RPM exhaust fans with suitable louvre on existing wall opening in substation room testing etc as required.

Dismantling existing defective 18" dia exhaust fans with accessories from substation room etc as reqd.

Making the existing castle key arrangement of the 2 Nos MCCB incomers operational in the power room panel i/c providing suitable handles for the existing 400Amps capacity 4 pole L&T make MCCB, providing suitable castle key arrangements to the 2 Nos 400Amps MCCBs , carry out necessary minor modification if required , testing commissioning etc complete as reqd.

Replacing the existing defective HRC fuse units / links in the existing tap off boxes / distibution boxes in the rising main i/c dismantling the defective, Supplying and fixing of following spares with all accessories, providing connections testing etc as reqd

Package 2: Replacement of CTPT units, TOD meter and Maintenance of 2 x 250KVA Unitised Transformer Sub Station at BSNL Centre, Thrissur

CTPT units & TOD Meter ( PART A)

SITC of Current Transformers for metering of rating 11kV, 1 phase, 5/5A ratio, Class 0.2S accuracy of required VA burden and as per relevant IS suitable to the existing indoor HT panel i/c modifying the connections / providing new busbars of same rating similar to the existing and including alterations if necessary, without damaging the other parts of the system, testing the CTs at concerned TMR section, to and fro transportation, providing connections, testing, commissioning, dismantling of existing old CTs, storing the old one as per the direction of Engineer- incharge, etc complete as required. [Make: KSEBL/ TCED approved make as per their latest specification] Note: All liaisoning works with KSEB authorities /TCED authorities i/c remitting necessary fee for testing at TMR & other fee for local KSEB /TCED authorities, etc shall be paid by the firm.

SITC of Potential Transformer for metering of resin cast fixed type having a system voltage of 11 KV, 50 Hz with 3 single phase units connected together 11 KV/110 V of required VA burden and Class 0.2 accuracy suitable to the existing indoor HT panel and including alterations/new chamber and making connections, arrangements for accomodating the new PT if necessary, testing the PT at concerned TMR section, to and fro transportation, providing, testing, commissioning, dismantling of existing the old PT, storing the old one as per the direction of Engineer- incharge, etc complete as required. Sub Station Mntce ( PART B)

Servicing the existing 11 KV / 415 V, 2 x 250 KVA unitised transformer sub-station, Servcing of LBS- 3Nos. (HT side) and ACB-2 Nos. (LT side) i/c cleaning the entire panel, after scrapping the inside & outside surface of each chamber alternatively with sand paper and removing the dust, rust and moisture contents, painting inside the chamber with suitable shade synthetic enamel paint , replace all the faulty space heaters with new one having the same rating , tightening nuts and bolts of the bus bars, cable terminals and spouts, applying petroleum jelly in the contacts i/c checking the control wiring and trip circuit, testing, commisioning, etc. complete as reqd.

Servicing of following Electrical panels including cleaning the inside dust, checking and tightening all the connections such as busbar, cables etc, tightening switch terminals/ busbar taping etc I/c removing dust deposit using vacuum cleaner and pdg minor repairs of switches etc, replacement of fused indication lamps/defective indication lamp holders and control fuse , replacing the damaged gaskets,i/c cleaning & removing the rust on surface of panel , providing one coat of superior quality spray enamel paint on accessible area of panel, sign writing etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 12 V fully charged semi sealed maintenance free battery of the 26AH including transportation to site disconnecting and removing existing unserviceable battery giving connection with existing cables, testing, commissioning etc as required.(M/s Exide/SF or similar BSNL approved make)

Supply and fixing 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet on surface/ on existng junction box i/c cutting , fixing etc as reqd.
