Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Tender Processing Fee shall not be refundable

Before Quoting the rates tenderer should read the bid document carefully

Local Suplliers are prefered for the purpose of service and Maintainance

Bidder should do installtion or service with crane only

Bidder should take Keb permmission Before installation or service of solar lights

Bidder Should Submit onsite warranty agreement in 500RS bond paper in name of PDO AS PER THE FORMAT ONLY UPLOADED IN KPPP PORTAL if bidder fails to upload bidder will be disqualified from technical bid

Bidder should submit Solar Led Lights Sample for make fair decision in tender process and upload sample subbmmission letter in kppp portal if fails bidder will be disqualified in technical bid

The Tenders/ Bids are invited as per Standard tender Bid Document Kc8 The contractor shall attach all the requisite documents as required in the standard bid document. The Bidders shall abide as per the detailed instructions and conditions contained in standard bid document Kc8

Past Experience

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years, i.e. 2019-20 to2023-24 satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 20Lakhs
