S& F framed work such as mild steel grills etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165. Note- The rates include for drilling, riveting and/or welding as directed and fixing with screws, bolts, etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for Brick work built in cement mortar (1:6) with well burnt subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster complete all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surface as in wall including finishing the surfaces even and smooth all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surface as in ceiling, chajja etc including finishing the surfaces even and smooth all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick, 1st coat 10mm in cement mortar (1:6) & 2nd coat 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with WPC@ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction on brick work or concrete surface as in wall including finishing the surfaces even and smooth all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only water proofing liquid compound solution

M&L for preparing surfaces of old painted and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion to match the new and old painted surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of new plastered and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on new wall surface including preparation of surface.

M&L for three coats of white washing after preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white washing on new plastered surfaces of ceiling , chajjas after preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the new steel surfaces of any description including preparation of surfaces exc. 10cm width or girth .
