Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 4 Meter long Decorative Street Light Pole should be Made out of Galvanized mild steel tube having bottom part of the pole 1000mm x 114mm x 4mm and upper part should be 3000mm x 75mm x 3mm made out of mild steel galvanized tubes the bottom and middle part of the poles are to be fitted with cast aluminium and the pole should have a service window at the bottom contaning 25amp heavy duty connector terminal and 6amp single pole MCB wiring upto light fixture from junction box/ connector plate using 3core 1.5sqmm PVC insulated flexible copper wire. Pole should be mounted 4nos of bolts at the bottom and Providing and making suitable size cement concrete foundation with 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2Coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm dia nominal size) with steel reinforcement as per OEM design. The Item includes P/F excavation of earth of suitable size as per approved drawing as required with positioning of foundation bolts- 04 nos, j-type foundation bolt with nuts, washer including 01 nos template of 3 mm thick of suitable size with 4 nos suitable size of dia holes, to match with PCD of pole base plate as reqd with 1 nos. 50 mm dia HDPE pipe of 6 Kg. pressure duly bend of 1.0 Mtr./ required length etc. as reqd. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent/ LED fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of pole box (200mmx140mmx95/100 deep) made out hot moulded SMC with 01no 16amp 3pole connector, din channel and 01 No. 6 Amp SPMCB complete with connections earthing testing etc as reqd.
