Modification of existing 33KV double circuit overhead line for feeding power to 2 x 5MVA, 33/6.6KV Main Sub-station of RLS at Basundhara(W) OCP, Mahalaxmi Area

Supplying of G.I. joist pole of size 150mm x 150mm x 8 mtr. long @34.60kg/mtr. (Total weight / pole = 276.80kg.)

Erection of metallic pole of length above 6.5mts. and upto 8.0mts. in cement concrete (1:3:6) (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone of 40mm. nominal size) foundation including excavation & refilling etc. as reqd.

Supplying of two lengths of G.I. channel iron 100 mm x 50 mm x 6mm (9.56 kg./mt.) double pole cross arm of 2.8mtr. long for three wire 33 KV overhead line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm x 6 mm G.I. flats welded on one side of channel iron and with bolts & nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together including drilling holes for insulator pins / fittings, bolts, nuts & washers etc. and painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Erection of 2.8mtr. long double pole 3-wire cross arm for 33KV O/H lines as required.

Supplying & erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 33KV O/H line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 65 mm. x 65mm. x 6 mm G.I. angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 2800mm. width x 3200mm. height complete with 50 mm x 6 mm G.I. flat iron clamps, bolts & nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolt and nuts etc. & painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Supplying and erection of a set of four 11 KV disc insulators for 33 KV overhead lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper / aluminium overhead conductor, G.I. wire, cross arm, insulators etc. as reqd.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter and above including binding etc. as required.

Supplying of 33 KV grade Gang operated AB Switch, double break, 6 posts per phase, 1200 Amp, Horizontal type including all accessories as reqd.

Supplying & making of 2 x 3.5mtr. long GOAB Switch mounting channel and 1 x 1.5mtr. long Handle fixing channel of 100mm x 50mm x 6mm G.I. Channel Iron (9.2kg/mtr) complete with bolts, nuts, drilling holes & painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Supplying & making of 2 x 1.5mtr. long Cantilever channel of 100mm x 50mm x 6mm G.I. Channel Iron (9.2kg/mtr) for supporting GOAB Switch Arm complete with 2 x 1.5mtr. long 50mm x 50mm x 6mm G.I. angle iron, bolts, nuts, drilling holes & painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Fixing & aligning of GOAB Switch Set & its platform on overhead structures including testing for its proper operation.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
