Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/Manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, sand, silt, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rocks, soft rock,ordinary rock, disintegrated or weathered rock,fissured / shattered , decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling,wedging etc.but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry,moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering including setting out construction of shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting, guarding etc and back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of surplus excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and lifts etc. as per specification & drawing and as directed by the Engineer- in- charge etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto plinth level

Exposed decorative laterite masonry using Patradevi stone of size as specified and laid as directed by architect in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Supplying and fixing Pre-cast cement concrete kerb-stones(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) of M-20 with 20 mm nominal size granitic/basaltic aggregate properly consolidated by mechanical plat-form and vibrators with smooth finish including fixing at site complete as per specification. : Size 30 cm L x 50 cm H x 15 cm T

Providing and fixing Granite stone slabs (flamed finish) 18mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on cement paste and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete : Cherry Red

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc.with hairline finish, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer, including fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.,as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35/M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of aprpoved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. : 60 mm thick in all colours except grey (M35 grade)

Supplying & fixing poly Propelene glass lined fibre glass reinforced plastic (PPGL - FRP )manas type sluice gate at site made to the specification. The gate shutter shall be made out of standard qaulity heavy duty PPGL - FRP material. The frame supporting the shutter shall be made out of heavy duty reinforced FRP material thickness of the shutters shall be 45mm and shutters shall be fixed at top and bottom in 6"x 3" FRP Coated section, suitable hinge arrangement shall be provided to facilitate the smooth operation of the shutter, as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of facility information sign board of size 600mmx800mm rectangle made out of retro reflective sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of ASTM D4956-09 & as per IRC-67: 2012 specifications, fully covered over 4mm thick ACP/2mm thick Al supported with back support frame of 35x35x5 mm mild steel angle. Board Shall be fixed to a vertical post of 75x75x6mm mild steel angle of 3.6 mtr height and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M20 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm etc, 60 cm below ground level. 10 years warranty & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent lab as per IRC 67-2012 for Type XI retro reflective sheeting shall be submitted by the contractor.
