Providing, supplying, detailing, fabricating, transporting, erecting and aligning structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work hot dipped galvanised as per IS 2629 & IS 4759 at a facility prior approved by Engineer in charge to obtain layer thickness of at least 700 grams/sqm (approx 100 microns) including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position including making good the defects after errection such as re-painting with galvanising paint etc. including the cost and conveyance of galvanisation, all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc complete as directed by Engineer in Charge at all levels.
Providing & fixing 10 mm thick (exterior grade) cement fibre board panels in required profile over existing wall / Aluminium framework/ Structural steel built-up/hollow sections, to required height using brass crews and additional adhesive for extra caution . (Aluminium framework/ Structural steel built-up/hollow sections will be measured and paid separately under relevant items) . Cement fibre board shall be finished with 2 or more coats of emulsion paint of approved shade over 2 coats of cement primer . Screw heads shall match the same finish and colour of the board with putty and paint /powder coating. The rate shall include cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, scaffolding, lead, lift etc complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge .(Painting will be measured and paid separately under relevant items)
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Supply and installation of standard type labour locker with the outer body shell and shelf of the cabinet made of CRCA Sheet metal with a minimum thickness of 1 mm/20 gauge. The door will have an air vent, and all cabinets shall be fitted with integrated lock with duplicate keys and a sturdy handle. The index pockets shall be made of CRCA Sheet metal with a thickness of 0.6 mm/24 gauge. The cabinets shall be painted with two coats of aliphatic acrylic PU paint (with a dry film thickness of 2x35 microns), applied over one coat of epoxy MIO (Micaceous Iron Oxide) coating intermediate (with a dry film thickness of 100 microns), which is applied over one coat of epoxy mastic primer (with a dry film thickness of 100 microns). The dimension of each shelf/locker will have dimensions of 300 mm (width) x 600 mm (height) x 450 mm (depth), and the overall size of the outer body shell will be determined according to the specific site requirements. Payment shall be based on the supply and installation of individual unit of shelves.

For shutter of doors ,windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings,exhaust fan of required size,etc wherever required including the cost of PVC neoprene gasket required(fittings shall be paid for separately)
Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Alumini um sheets (each0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Hollow metal fire rated steel doors as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs with vision panel. Test certificates should be available for vision panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates will not be accepted. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single and double leaf and all doors supplied should be within the tested specimen, deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory by approved manufacturer. Colour of the door unit shall be RAL 7040. a. Door frame shall be Single rebate frame profile of size 125 x 60mm made out of 1.50mm minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be mitered, and field assembled with self-tabs. Frames to have in build grooved sealing system and shall be site fitted with EPDM gasket as standard. All provision should be mortised, drilled, and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be filled with PUF or with cement & sand slurry as recommended by the manufacturer of the engineer.
b. Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision panel. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.15mm (18guage) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core /96 density Rockwool insulation. c. All doors shall be factory prepared with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, handles, door stopper and door closers. The required hardware details per door is as follows: - • SS ball bearing hinges of size 100x75x3mm. Minimum 03Nos for 2100mm height. In each panel, • Hydraulic door closer – 1No per door leaf. • Door stopper – 1 No per door leaf • Mortise sash lock with SS liver handles (1 set for each panel) side with key operation The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors integrated astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. All hardware shall be provided GEZE brand or equivalent fittings including all hardware’s in SS shall be of 304 grade with fire rating standards. d. Vision panel wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturer’s recommendation with a clip-on arrangement. The glass should be 5mm clear borosilicate fire rated glass of relevant rating of the door by Approved hardware manufacturer / Supplier. Size of the vision panel of size 200x300mm.
Supply and fixing of Motorised MS Single Wall Rolling Shutter(Powder Coated), vertical rolling type, used for internal and external application. The rolling shutter shall have minimum 1.2 mm thick MS Slats as per IS 6248, MS Bottom Plate, MS Side guides. MS Brackets, MS Shaft Assembly, GI Hood Cover and necessary hardwares with European or approved Make Automation System consist of Indirect Drive and Manual hand crank or hand chain for emergency operation, Basic control with 3 way push button etc. Slat Curtain: MS slats 1.2 mm thick for shutter as per IS 6248. Each slat section shal be continuous single piece without any joint. Interlocked slat section shall have distance of approx 88 mm between rolling centers and slat profile shall be approx 88 mm corrugated type. Profile height of approx 88mm & 113mm suggested as per shutter size mentioned as per the manufactures specification and as directed by Engineer In Charge . Bottom Plate: MS bottom plateshall be approx 2.5 mm thick with MS angle stiffener approx 35 x 35 x 5 mm welded to full opening width for strengthening. L-shaped bottom profile with height of approximately 120 mm interlocked with bottom most slat section. Rubber sealing at bottom shall be provided as directed by the Engineer In Charge . Side Guides: MS U shaped side guide of approx 75 mm wide x 3.0 mm thick for shutter width upto 6.0 mtr and approx 100 mm wide x 3.0 mm thick for shutter width between 6.0 mtr.and 8.0 mtr and approx 150 mm wide x 3.0 mm thick for shutter width above 8.0 mtr. Box shaped side guide profile for guiding the slat curtain shall be provided as directed by the Engineer In Charge .
Bracket Plate: Mild Steel bracket plate minimum 3.0 mm thick. Bracket plate dimensions vary as per size of shutter as per manufacture's specification. Side brackets shall be provided with bearings for smooth rolling movement. Roller Shaft: Mild Steel hollow tubular pipe ,diameter ranging from 100 mm to 300 mm; vary as per width of shutter as per manufacture's specification. Machined shaft and flange shall be welded at respective ends of tubular pipe. Slat curtain shall be fixed to roller shaft through supporting slat by nut & bolts. Hood Cover: GI sheet Hood cover of minimum 0.8 mm thick shall be provided with Hexagonal shape hood to cover shaft and bracket assembly. Automation Sytem (Indirect Drive): Electric motor-.,. Motor shall be mounted parallel to roller shaft. Emergency operation shall be provided by chain wheel drive. Motor shall be equipped with safety device preventing damage in case of any accident. Inbuilt Thermostat device to prevent overheating of drive. etc including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,lead,lift etc complete as directed by Engineer in Charge at all levels.

Supply and fixing Luxalon or approved equivalent aluminum louvers type 132S or equivalent as approved consisting of panels manufactured from approx 0.6 mm thick aluminum alloy AA3005/3105 or equivalent , of height approx 132mm and 98.5 mm wide, supplied to required lengths up to a maximum of 6 mtrs, to be installed at a panel module of approx 100 mm by means of aluminum brackets. The brackets belonging to the system, 20 - 25 mm wide, made of extruded aluminum, black anodized to 20 microns shall be fixed to the sub structure at a centre to centre of 150 mm as required and panels clipped on. Clamps shall be fixed at 150 mm from panel edges and maximum center-to-center spacing of 1000mm all properties and specifications shall comply with ECCA directives and more specifically EN 1396:1996.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (±0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic bracketsof size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws.The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H'section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x30 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wallthickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanised M.S. 'U'cleats. Providing and fixing of standard duty hollow metal doors confirming to IS 16074 & IS 4351 made of pressed galvanized steel confirming to IS: 277 with the following specification: Doors shall be with vision glass as a part of complete assembly. Colour of the door unit shall be RAL 7040. a. Door frame shall be single rebate ground profile of size 120 x 60mm made out of minimum 1.15mm (18 gauge) thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be mitered only. Frames shall be field assembled with self-tabs. Bolted & butted joints are not acceptable. All provision should be mortised, drilled and trapped for receiving approximate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. b. Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door, with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from minimum 0.8mm (22gauge) thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware of approved make. The infill material shall be Rockwool or resin bonded honeycomb core. The edge should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors integrated astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf.
