Ettukettu Building - Renovation by dismantling and relaying MP Tiled roof over RCC roof slab after necessary repair works

Carefully removing tiled roofing over RCC roof slab , repair works on cement bordering and relaying the tiles after necessary works on Roof Slab and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead.

Providing cement mortar bordering to tiled roof using cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 fine sand) including all labour charges and material cost etc complete

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC ( Volatile Organic Compound) content.With water thinnable cement primer on walls surface having VOC content less than 50 grams / litre

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. d) fourth and final layer of brick tilling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured)

Providing and fixing on roof pressed clay tile (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern above RCC roof slab complete.

Providing and laying on roof pressed clay tile ridge (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm thickness and of approved pattern above RCC roof slab complete.

Dismantling pvc split pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing PVC pipes including fixing the pipe with clamps/clips at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 110 m dia 4 Kgf/cm2 - External work - Exposed on wall

Fixing PVC split pipe including jointing of pipe with one step PVC solvent cement, testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. 200mm 4kgf/sq cm. Including clamps at a distance of 1-meter center to center or as per directions of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Rigid PVC pipes, including jointing with PVC solvent cement - 110 mm dia Bend

Providing and fixing PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Rigid PVC pipes including jointing with PVC solvent cement 110x110x110 mm dia Tee

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete. :Flashings / Aprons (Upto 600 mm)
