GENERATING PLANT AND EQUIPMENT
Design & supply of Horizontal Francis Turbine to deliver 100 kW, 1000 rpm at Generator terminals with shaft, runner, casing, bearings, oil pressure units etc. and all other auxiliaries with 10% continuous over rating.
Design & supply of Synchronous Generator 100 KW, 0.415 kV, 3 Phase,0.80 Pf, 50 Hz+ 3%, 1000 rpm, class 'F' insulation, terminal equipment like neutral grounding system, LA/SC and other auxiliary system with 10%continuous over rating.
Design & supply of PLC based Generator/Turbine control panels including ACBs Protection, Metering systems all indicating instruments and switches etc.with synchronizing panel.
Design & supply of Electronic load Controller , Delta connected ballast load, Suitable for GRID synchronizing and Auto Mode, complete in all respect and suitable for above system
Design & Supply of Main inlet valve suitable for fixing on penstocks (450mm ID )for emergency closing.

Supply of 5 Tone chain pulley block
Supply 12 kV XLPE Cable

Design & Supply of 24 Volts 200 AH D.C. Battery, Charger, Distribution Board and Batteries
Design & Supply of Station Service Board including busbar,10kVA Station Aux. T/F with MCCBs/ MCBs etc. of adequate capacities. As per site requirement.
Earthing of power house and switchyard equipment including earthmat and all required material.As per site requirement.

Supply of Step up transformer 160 KVA,0.415/11 KV ONAN complete with all accessories
Supply of control /relay panels for 11 KV Transfomer & feeder including VCB,CTs Pts for protection and metering.
Double Pole with Las, Do Fuse set and Isolator including Civil works like construction of foundation,cable trenches,earthing pits etc.
Fire Protection System for Power House(Fire Fighting as per IS)
Pale fencing with gate
Any other item required for project completion and successful commissioning .
Spares for 5 years of operation mandataory as per list given in the specifications recommended by tender.
Erection, Testing and Commission of all equipments as mentioned.
