Detailed Technical Specifications for AI-Driven Digital Enablement Platform for Holistic Transformation of Anganwadi Ecosystem in Bikaner. A1. Overall System Architecture & Design Principles The proposed solution shall be a modular, extensible, hybrid, AI-enabled digital platform designed to support multi-user, multi-role, multi-location Anganwadi operations with real-time synchronization, analytics, and governance controls.
