Material and labour for disconnecting inlet suction pipe line including foot valve and other connected items from existing centrifugal pumping set for repair /replace the old suction pipe line of 80mm dia with new suction pipe line made of MS heavy grade ("C") as dia as existing MS pipe. his job included necessary welding machine/ grinding work if required at the time of connection of new MS pipe line with the existing water supply system and testing on full discharge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under these items. (ii) Old suction pipe shall be replaced, measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. (iii) Painting of complete suction pipe alongwith connected items will be carried out by contractor after replacement of suction pipe and the cost of the painting work will be included in quoted rate of this item. Colour of paint will be decided by Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The tenderers are advised to visit the site to know the exact location, height of the RCC OHT staging and condition of the RCC OHT and OHT staging before quoting the rate. (vi) Contractor shall ensure water pipe lines sealed by blocking with dead flange for the repair /replacment period if required.

Material and labour for disconnecting MS Water pipe line including flanged socket, bend, tee, sluice valve and other all connected items from existing water pipe line of OHT for repair /replace the old pumping pipe line/overflow /supply line/washout line of 80mm dia with new pumping pipe line/overflow /supply line/washout line made of MS heavy grade ("C") as dia as existing MS pipe line. This job included necessary welding machine/ grinding work if required at the time of connection of new MS pipe line with the existing water supply system and testing on full discharge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The replacement of old MS pipe line shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under these items. (ii) Old suction pipe shall be replaced, measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. This job also included necessary welding machine/ grinding work if required at the time of connection of new MS pipe line with the existing water supply system and testing on full discharge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The required length of new MS pipe line, new sluice valve, MS falnge and required CI/DI fittings (any type of bend, tee, MJ collar, DI joints and etc) shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under these items. (ii) Painting of complete MS pipe line alongwith connected items will be carried out by contractor after replacement of MS pipe line and the cost of the painting work will be included in quoted rate of this item. Colour of paint will be decided by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) The item shall include all type of scaffolding, supports, ladders, platforms, T&P etc. and safety equipments required for working for jointing the MS pipe line and it is the contractor's responsiblity of manage these items with out any extra cost. (iv) The tenderers are advised to visit the site to know the exact location of working site before quoting the rate. (v) Contractor shall ensure water pipe lines sealed by blocking with dead flange for the repair /replacment period if required. (vi) Earth work (if required) will be measured in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply only the following items reqd for replacement of old MS water pipe line under Sch 'A' items No 13 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.

MS ERW pipe of heavy gread ("C") of 150mm dia including fittings (bend, socket, clamps etc).

MS flange min 8 mm thick of 150mm dia duly drilled holes including welding in plain end of MS pipe with one rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing CI sluice valve both end flanged dully drilled for both ends with stainless steel spindle (Riising spindle) and nuts stuffing box etc type PN - 1.6, ISI marked of 150mm dia sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for CI fitting / DI fittings for spigot & socket end pipes such as Bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type (Straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces single branch, `Y` junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) MJ collars of any sizes, caps and plugs and mechanical/D joints any type etc upto 200 mm bore including removing/ dismantling of old CI fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for any type of structural steel sections , nut- bolt, washers, sheets, back plate, xpm mesh, wire mesh, bending, cutting in shape, welding, drilling holes, flanges including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This item will be fix in vertical direction with the RCC OHT. The tenderers are advised to visit the site to know the exact location before quoting the rate.

Dismantling existing PCC and Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete (for pump set foundation/DG set foundation/LT Panel foundation etc) and similar work including necessary form work finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note :- PCC foundation shall be done as per existing and suitable for available centrifugal pump set.

Supply and fix 3 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour/shade as approved and one side covered with 3mm retro-reflective sheet & pasting computerized size of letter of retro reflective sheet not exc 30 cm in height including stop commas, short line dashes, hypens brackets etc as directed and pasted with approved adhesive as in sign bound cut to size and fixed to stainless steel frame including all necessary fitting arrangement complete all as specified and dirceted by Engineer -in charge. Note: Nothing extra paid for writing and cost of letter writing is included in quoted rate of this item. Details of writing letters shall be decided by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Exavating in post holes (or similar holes) soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Material and labour cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foudation filling and moss concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Supply and fix Stainless steel pipe GDE 304 framed work such as of pipes, angles, tees, flat incl gusset plates etc and welding and or riverting and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Outer Dia of stainless steel pipe not less than 35mm and will be decided by Engr-in-Charge and outer dia of supporting steel pipe fixed with sign board as square or rectangular shape should be not less than 25mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preaparating old painted outer surfaces of RCC Overhead tank of any capacity with staging 18 mtr to 21 mtr height and making cleaned by using steel scapper/emary paper and remoing all dust, foreign particles, and applying two coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (up to 1.2 mtr heigh) (block/Roman/Indian or as directed) with stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc on top side surface of RCC over head tank complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for draw a colour picture (related to SAVE WATER) with suitable exterior paint/water proof paint on top side surface of RCC OHT by skilled painter all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No 23 , 24 & 25 :- (i) The item shall include all type of scaffolding, supports, ladders, platforms etc. and safety equipments required for working at the site of RCC Over Head Tank with staging upto 21 Mtr height and it is the contractor's responsiblity of manage these items with out any extra cost. (ii) The tenderers are advised to visit the site to know the exact location, height of the RCC OHT staging and tank and condition of the RCC OHT and OHT staging before quoting the rate.

Material and labour for Sand filling for fillup the down surface of ground or in foundations including watering and consolidation near semi underground sump at Polo pump house and other water supply installations to prevent the rain water in to the sump through overflow pipe fixed with the sump complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as directed by Enr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for shifting of DG Set 125 KVA from indoor room of New Bijapur Filter Plant to Old Gunghora Pump House DG set room. Disconnecting all electrical connections exhaust silencer, silent sound proof canopy, blower fans of canopy, foundation bolts or any other work required to shift the DG Set including PCC plate form made of (1:2:4) type B-2 of suitable size for placing DG Set approx 2.5 mtr x5 mtr x 600 mm depth (300mm below ground level and 300 mm aobve ground level). Reassembling DG Set at new site and connected all electrical connection, exhaust silencer, silent sound proof canopy, blower fans of canopy, foundation bolts or any other disconnected services etc. Testing of DG Set after assembling complete all as specified and directed. Note : Shifting of DG set should be done through authorised dealer only and shifting will be carried out without any damage to DG Set.

Material and labour for new brick masonry valve chamber of internal size 90x90x90cm to 110x110x110 cm with 230mm thick brick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 and base surface area of valve chamber shall also built in cement mortar PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 75 mm thick with adequate plastering and plastering 15mm wall sides in cement mortar 1:4 and the pit covered with MS plain sheet 3 mm thick duly fixed to MS angle iron of size 40x40x3mm and duly embedded in plain cement concrete coping 5 cm thick 1:2:4 type B1with opening and locking arrangements including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable dozing system of any capacity from existing connection and shifting to workshop or at site for repair and after repair connect all electrical connections / pipe connections should be connect properly, reassembling reshifting & reinstallation at site inclduing testing complete all as specifed & directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts which are required to be replaced during repair shall be measured and paid separately in after as supply only rates,however fixing element shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item. (ii)Contractor shall ensure water pipe lines sealed by blocking with dead flange for the repair period if required.

Attending complaints for servicing /cleaning at site of Chemical dozing system installed at various water supply installations and disconnect the dozing system from existing water supply system and dismantling all parts of dozing at site for servicing /cleaning of all parts and also change the defective minor parts if required. Note:- (i) Contractor shall be responsible to provide all T&P, chemical/solution required for servicing and cleaning of dozing system with out any cost. (ii) Contractor will ensure to remove all deposit scales in pipe lines/tank and in all operational parts of existing dozing system. (iii) Complaints attended (sucessfully) in one pump house in one day shall deemed to be in one complaint. (iv) If any dozing system has been found unserviceable at site than it will be the responsibility of the contractor to make functional under item 30 & 31 of Sch A as soon as possible.

Material and labour for returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers in soft / loose soil not exceeding 25 cm in each layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removal of excavated material (Soil) to a distance up to 50 Meter from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 Meter above complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Digital water level indicator device, operating on single phase supply, direct display in 100mm size digit system in meter/centimeter of water level of sumps/over head tank. The entire unit must operate through a compact circuit, which must ensure reliable operation at 230 volts +/- 5% with reliable in dight display. The circuit must be housed in MS CRC sheet box with nylon molded conncetion strips. The level system must resistance transducer, which unaffected by corrosion and other contacts available in water. The product must be controlled by micro switch. The whole unit must electronically controlled and the upper level and lower indicator must be highly sensitive MICRO SWITCH. The complete unit must be in two parts . Each complete part must be fitted in MSCRC sheet box separately one must be installed at SUMP / OVER HEAD TANK with proper power coating paints. The unit shall have High and Low alarm to be set according to requirement based on levels indicated. It should be possible to calibrate the Indicator to display in percentage or liters, centimeters as required and taking out old unserviceable. Note : (i) Any material like service wire required at site deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (ii) If overhead tank does not have any provision to reach on overhead tank than contractor is fully responsible to fix the water level indicator on overhead tank in any situation with own arangement. (iii) The items shall include all type of scaffolding, supports, ladders, platforms etc. and safety equipments required for working at the site of RCC Over Head Tank with staging upto 21 Mtr height and it is the contractor's responsiblity of manage these items or T&P with out any extra cost. (iv) The tenderers are advised to visit the site to know the exact location, height of the RCC OHT staging and tank and condition of the RCC OHT and OHT staging before quoting the rate.

Material and labour for repair of Water Level Monitor Device devloped on latest Technology of Make : SECO CAT No 211211 and make functional in all respect and recharge 2 Nos SIM card for 11 months (01 No SIM card in transmitt unit and 01 No SIM card in reciever unit). Note:- (i) Spare parts which are required to be replaced during repair shall be measured and paid separately in after as supply only rates,however fixing element shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.
