SCHEDULE `A' ( CIVIL WORK) Taking down cement plaster on walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with using waterproofing compound @200 ml by the weight of cement finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Note : - WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats colour wash over a coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer after applying cement based wall putty to wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling, soffits of slabs, chajjas, columns and beams etc and finished the plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses MS pipes in vertical column, rafter, purlins complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161 of 1979 or IS-4923 of 1968 grade st 240 with one shop coat complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement sheets (corrugated, semi corrugated) in roof coverings all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and Iron surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of 15 mm bore all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Tubes, medium grade, 15mm bore, galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floors, etc) of 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of 20 mm bore all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Tubes, medium grade, 20 mm bore, galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floors, etc) of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tank exc 500 & n.exc 1000 ltr capacity and removing to store all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs and not exceeding 1000 ltrs setting a side (or lowering if required for repairs, cleaning etc re connecting and refixing in same position after completion of roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythelene water storage(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary fittings all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster/PCC from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 500m and n. exc. 2 KM including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:4 in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surface for applying single component acrylic polymer modified / APP Membrane with water proofing compound @200 ml by weight of cement finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed (Note : - WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section (shape) in existing roof slab terracing cleaning out and filling solidly with cement and sand mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of the following course treatment/specified from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @0.4 ltr/Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 Kg /Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm. Edges of APP membrane shall be inserted to vertical surfaces of wall as per relevant IS or as per manufacturer instructions polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm(minimum) and then inserted in side the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing (b) Application of two coats of bituminous aluminium paint over the polymeric membrane after necessary preparation and cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treating to RCC roof with providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating in 4 coats of application (primer , white , grey and terracotta) including sprinkling of clean sand ( 300microns-particle size) . The product should have following properties solid content 70 %, tensile strength (ASTM D412) ; 1.10 MPs elongation (ASTM D12) ; 100 % Resistance to ageing due to UV radiation, 1000 hours no change , rapid chloride penetration ; very low resistance to algae growth passes, zero rating / permeability (mm) ; 5.0 water vapor transmission : 6.0 gm / sqm h No of coats : 3 (minimum) after applying primer ; adhesive bond strength : > 0.92 N/mmsq :- (a) apply primer coat with cool coat primer @ 0.3 litre /sqm, (b) Over primer coat apply cool coat with fiber reinforcement a length of appox 1 Mtrs @ 0.75 kg/Sqm on flat surface and ensure that there is no bubbles of creases, overlapping of the fibre is minimum of 50 mm and allow this coat dry for a period of 2-6 hours depending on atmospheric condition. (c) Apply second coat of cool coat @ 0.75 Kg/Sqm. (d) Apply final coat of cool coat primer @ 0.08 kg/Sqm after second coat dried properly. (Note : Water proofing treatment work shall be carried out by applicator of manufacturer only duly approved by GE in writing)

S&F in repair 20 mm dia PVC ball cock (PVC float valves) complete high pressure with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed as required to use reducer and check nut all as specified and as directed.

Taking down or demolition and breaking up drain / Rain water pipes (SGW,AC,PVC SWR)75/ 100 mm dia including fittings all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75 mm PVC(SWR) pipe socketed in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to wall or in floors complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single sockets in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) 75mm bore bends, diminishing pieces or tapers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) 110 mm bore bends, diminishing pieces or tapers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) 110 mm bore junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) 75 mm bore junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified and as directed.
