Laying of 3 core, 2.5/1.5 Sq.mm cables. The scope of work includes removal of concrete slabs, laying of 3 core, 2.5/1.5 Sq.mm armoured, copper cable through existing trenches/trays/walls and MS structures, Tying of cables at an interval of 500mm using nylon rope in cable tray, clamping of cables at an interval of 500mm using GI/AL clamps in walls/structures and refixing of concrete slabs after the work. Concrete chipping/sand removal from trench if necessary to complete the work is also comes under the scope of vendor. Vendor shall supply Nylon rope, GI/AL clamps, Screws, Grip, washer etc. for successful completion of the work. Cable will be supplied by FACT at free of cost.

Supply and installation of 63A, weather proof DB. The scope of works includes fabrication of supporting channels using 50x50x6mm angles and 50x6mm flat, painting the supports with two coats of anti-corrosive epoxy paint over two coats of suitable primer, fixing the supporting channels on the wall using anchor bolts,suppply of prewired, IP-65, weather proof DB for outdoor installation, disconnection of all cables in existing fuse DB, replacement of fuse DB with new weather proof DB, Glanding and termination of all cables to the new weather proof DB and earthing of new DB. The DB shall be prewired with 1 number of 415V, 63A, FP MCB as incomer and each phase shall have 4 number of 10A, 10kA, Class B, Single Pole MCBs as outgoung. 63A, fully insulated Copper Busbar shall be used for supply linking. DB shall have Neutral bar and Earthbar of adequate rating. The contractor shall supply 50x50x6mm angles, 50x6mm flat, anchor bolts, epoxy paint and suitable primer, cable glands etc. for successful completion of the work. The scope of work includes supply of 150W LED highbay light fitting with LED, driver, 4kV(Minimum) surge protection device and accessories confirming to the following specification. Wattage: 150 W, Input supply: 230V +/- 5%, 50Hz, Colour temperature: Cool white(5700K), Lumen Output: ≥ 110 lm/W, Degree of protection: IP66 (Minimum), Power factor: >0.95pf, Total Harmonic Distortion: <10%, Efficiency: >90% including driver, Operating Temperature: -10 to 50 Degree Celsius, Enclosure type: Industrial standard powder coated aluminium die cast housing, Mounting: 'C' clamp mounted with suitable up/down adjustments. The unit shall be fixed at different locations of the plant and power cables shall be connected. Vendor shall supply suitable cable glands for successful commissioning of the work. The unit shall be fixed at different locations of the plant and power cables shall be connected. Vendor shall supply suitable cable glands for successful commissioning of the work. Power cable will be supplied by FACT at free of cost. Acceptable makes of plug and socket : Hensel, Legrand. Acceptable makes of RCCB: L&T, ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Legrand, Havells.

The scope of work includes supply of 240V, 32A, 2P+E configuration, IP66 unit with surface mounting box, Din Rail, Power connectors, RCCB(30mA), face plate, interlocked switched sokets and industrial plug. The unit shall be fixed at different locations of the plant and power cables shall be connected. Vendor shall supply suitable cable glands for successful commissioning of the work. Power cable will be supplied by FACT at free of cost. Acceptable makes of plug and socket : Hensel, Legrand. Acceptable makes of RCCB: L&T, ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Legrand, Havells.

Installation of Air curtains. The scope of works includes fabrication of supporting channels using 50x5mm angles and 50x6mm flat, painting the supports with two coats of anti-corrosive epoxy paint over two coats of suitable primer, fixing the supporting channels on the wall using anchor bolts, installing 1500mm width air curtain, Fixing PVC switchbox with 5A switch and socket on wall near to the air curtain unit, glanding and termination of cables. The work also includes fabrication, painting and fixing of Aluminium hood for Air curtain unit and PVC switchboard to prevent water entry. Air Curtain and Cables shall be supplied by FACT. The contractor shall arrange 50x5mm angles, 50x6mm flat,2mm thick aluminium sheet, epoxy paint, epoxy primer, Anchor Bolts, PVC switch board with 5A switch and socket, cable glands and all necessary items for the sucecessful completion of the work.
