Contract Details

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars for ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in man hole covers, shelves, chajjas etc and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

Use & waste for form work for soffit/ edges of slabs, shelves, chajjas etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc work such as in gates, grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint (snowcem) white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
