Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and in any position by unscrewing nuts fillets, clamps all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced ement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. after and including taking down old unserviceable galvanised steel barbed wire complete all as specified and directed Note:- (Each line of wire to be measured).

Supply only galvanised steel wire chain link fencing with 4 mm dia made up into mattresses with mesh of size 100 mmx 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for fixing galvanised chain link fencing with 4 mm dia made up into mattresses with mesh of size 100 mmx 100mm and fixing of 10 mm dia MS round bars and straining including provision of binding wire complete all as specified & directed. (Note- 10 mm dia MS round bar shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long with dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS round bars 10mm dia for securing chain link fencing fixed to RCC fencing posts as per Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality 'A' or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel bands, clamps, flat iron fillet, for screwing with mesh, straps, ties etc and similar work, fabricated for steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including necessary welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel as in joist, channel, angle or tee section fixed independently with connection base plate etc. as in fencing post strut bend to shape, holes drilled/notches cut out to receive MS bolts and barbed wire, embedded to concrete including tarring to steel to steel work embedded to concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete and sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub-class `B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) as in boundary wall, drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and direcrted.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 ,1:2:4 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregates) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar (1:4) including necessary form work complete all as specified and direcrted. Note:Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant item

M&L for RCC (nominal Mix) type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note:Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant item.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to lenth, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending, sprially for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders complete all as specified and directed. .

Use and waste of form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams,lintels,shelves, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span and similar works as in rough finshed flat surface complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, top of chajjas, coping, basement for water tank etc rounded or chamferred on edges finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes of 300mm bore jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches , if requried, all as specified and as directed.

S&F 300 mm bore of pipe in reinforcement concrete pipe NP-2 laid and jointed all as directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 for 300 mm dia pipe complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Forming expansion joints for 150 mm thick concrete slab, 12mm wide filled with pre-formed bituminious filler and and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing com?pound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles/terrazo including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises, all as specified and directed..

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick glossy finished with grey cement and pigment set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with glossy finish and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured chemically treated rubber moulded interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60mm thick, M-35 grade complete all as specied and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC, type B-0 (1:2:4) (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in floor finishes, finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning / filling under interlocking paver blocks floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.
