51.20 : Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch ofcorrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.35 mm (+0.05%), total coatedthickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side. of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns.Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratchesduring transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desiredby Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws ofsize (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical orcurved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting tosize and shape wherever required.

od1646184/2021_2022 : :Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with<br>Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as<br>curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including:<br>a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure<br>equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make<br>it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design.<br>b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite<br>panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of<br>4mm thick aluminium composite panel material<br>. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant<br>aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium<br>composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete<br>, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the<br>approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.<br>However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of<br>the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of<br>groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.including all cost of aluminium frame work<br>using lip section of good quality as per the direction of engineer incharge
