Complete dismantling of single stage horizontal pump by way of: Disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fasteners, etc.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump using appropriate means of transport like Load carrier upto a lead of 35 Km per trip.

Fabrication, turning, finishing and fitting of Stainless steel (AISI-410 or IS 1570) shaft sleeve as per old sample, etc. having finished weight of 1.08 kg.

Providing and fitting of new ball bearing of size 6412 after extraction of old damaged bearing. The job includes complete greasing of the bearing. The job also includes inspecting of other existing bearings by way of extraction, refitting and greasing of the same. The job also includes Providing and filling of M. Oil (02 Ltr).

Providing and fitting of ball valve of size 32 mm heavy duty.

Complete assembling of single stage horizontal pump of capacity 10 cusec, 12.2m head after cleaning of all parts thoroughly with petrol, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load.
