Supply with Transportation at site of polygonal shape 30.5mtrs.height FLAG MAST pole with its accessories. The superstructure of the Flag High Mast is a slender column with hollow 20 sided polygonal section. fixed at its base and free at the top, and the diameter is reducing from its base to top. The mast is made of high strength steel metal grade BSEN 10025,S355JO hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind speed 180km/hr as per IS 875. Mast is in three parts, and joined together in SLIP Jointing system. The bottom part is welded with a base plate along with stiffners at its lower end. H.T. Supply and installation of Big indian flag size 20x30 feet made in heavy polyester fabric with super strong nylon webbing, hemmed stitched, criss cross heavy corners with nylon strings, eyelets and grommets (Size: 20X30 FEET, Style: Flying, Color: TRI COLOUR, Material: Polyester, Wash Care: Dry clean, Stitched: Hammer Stitched)

Construction of suitable shallow foundation with 1:2:4 or M20 grade concreate for the hight mast considaring the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/sq. mtrs. At 3200mmX3200mmX 2500mm including all materials and lobour charge.(As per foundation drawing of the Mast brand) (Attached Annexture A for Civil Foundation).

Erection of 30.5m Height High mast and 2 Nos. of 7m Mini mast with all acc. With modern engineering practices withhelp of All terrain crane and technicians and labours.

Supplying & erection of LED Aviation obstruction light Lumainair (Bajaj 110731)

Providing the fallowing component ( switching acc.) in side the Feeder piller including internal wiring all. complete. for automatic, timely OFF / ON for oparating of (6 to 8 nos.) LED. lighting fitting. i) 32A 4 pole MCB isolater-1, ii) 240V, cotractor-1 no. iii) Day dial Timer (GIC) -1 no. iv) By pass switch- 1 no. v) out let Teminal -2 nos. vi) Starter for moter operation (Forward and Revers direction)-1no.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : (xii) 4 core 16 sqmm cable. [PWD Schedule Page No-F-5 Iteam No-8 b] DISTRICT CHARGES ADDED @ 3.00 %.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below. C) 4 core, Upto 16 sqmm cable. [PWD Schedule Page No-F-4 Iteam No-7 c] DISTRICT CHARGES ADDED @ 3.00 %.

Supply of Octagonal shape 7 mtrs. hight pole with its accessories. Pole shaft made from H.T. Steel of grade BSEN 10025,S355JO (Utkarsh/BPP) or equivalent. It shall also included acc., including head frame,Length-7m, Top dia. 70 mm, Batton Dia.135mm, sheet thickness-3mm Specification of Foundation bolt-Dia. 20mm L-600mm, Number of bolt-4nos. Base plate size.-225mmX225mm, Thicknes -16mm, including arrangement for fixing LED Flood light on top of the pole.

Construction of suitable RCC foundation (1000mmX1000mmX1200mm),with M-20 grade concrete as per direction including erection of pole.

Supplying of 1.1 KV. Grade PVC insulated Conductor of following cables (make: Polycab/ Gloster/Havells/): c) 2 core, 10 SqMM. (UD & MA schedule P-11, I-1c) NO DISTRICT CHARGES ADDED.

Supply of 200W, 230V, LED Flood Light fixture ( C.G. make model LFLN-200-WW/60 -M). Or equivalent of BAJAJ
