Construction of RCC (1:1.5:3) RCC Boulder Filled Gallery with RCC Intake chamber 2.0 m deep, including Supply & Carting of all material labour T & P etc. complete in all respect as per type design and direction of engineer in site, including supply & carting of all material, labour, T&P etc.

Supplying, carting, laying & jointing of Rising main of following size & thickness of M.S. ERW Pipe (Grade YST 210) by welding with approved quality ISI marked electrodes including painting of pipe inside and outside with anti corrosive paint in two coats and other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve, reflux valve at suitable points including making scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing tee & gate valve etc. complete and also testing & commissioning of laid pipeline including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

50 mm dia., 4.4 mm thick (Intake to Top CWR)

Supply, carting, laying & jointing of distribution pipe line of following size of G.I. (Medium) pipe confirming to IS 1239 Part I : 2004 including provision of specials and other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve etc. at suitable points including making scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing tee & gate valve etc. complete and also testing & commissioning of laid pipeline including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Excavation of earth for Pipe Line trenches of Clear Water Rising Main and Feeder / Supply Main in following strata requiring the use of special T&P such as Pick Axes, Sabbals etc. or by blasting or by crow bars with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead upto 30 m including refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m from the trenches including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc.

Construction of M 30 grade R.C.C. semi-sunk circular Service Reservoir as per Type design drawing specifications of following capacity along with other appurtenant works, including supply & carting of all material, necessary scaffolding, shuttering and other accessories alongwith construction of 60 cm wide apron around reservoir, supply / fixing of inlet, wash out and outlet pipes, M.S. Manhole Cover, Steel Ladder (inside the tank), supply & fixing of Bucket Type Chlorinator 25 L capacity on top of reservoir, making bye pass arrangement and painting two coat with delux multi surface paint over outer surface and including priming coat cement primer, Testing of reservoir, also supply of all labour, T&P etc. complete.

Design & construction of Pump House of following size made up of Brick masonry, R.C.C. flat roof, earthquake resistant framed structure with plinth hight as 2.5m and ceiling height as 3.5 m with necessary gantry girder support (column) arrangements at pumping station including painting with Acrylic Smooth exterior painting & distempering in side of P.H. including internal electrification, stair up to roof or required place complete and other appurtenant works as per approved design & drawing by competent authority including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete including cartage of materials

Pump House (Size 4.0 m x 3.0 m x 3.50 m) 2.5 m above G.L.

Design & Construction of RCC (1:1.5:3) Slow sand Filter 3.5m x1.3 m x2.5m, making required filtration arrengement Main / lateral drains, supply & laying filter media, all connections, fixing valve network, apron around filter unit, water proof paint over entire work,Testing, supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete including cartage of materials.

Construction of Boundary Wall made up of Brick masonry 1.5 m height as per approved design & drawing at IPS & Top CWRs site including colour washing of approved class snowcem including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete including cartage of materials.

Supply and fixing of M.S. Iron Gate of following width 1.5 m height as per approved design & drawing at Tubewell & Top CWR site including painting on surface including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete including cartage of materials

1.8 m wide at intake & Top CWR site (02 nos. 100 kg each)

Supply all material and fixing Barbed Wire Fencing 1.8m high, in 7 rows horigental & 02 digonally through angle iron posts 40x40x6 over boundary wall at intake site as per approved design & drawing including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc.

Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks.

Constructing masonry Chamber 60x45x50 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for wheel / Gate / Air valve complete with locking arrangement and RCC top slab or M.H. cover, i/c necessary excavation, base concrete and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3. complete as per standard design. With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks.

Design and Construction of Anchor Block of appropriate size 0.5 m x 0.5 m x 0.5 m as per type design.with R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 including necessary reinforcement along the alignment of Clear Water Rising Main also including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Construction of protection works for various structures as per site conditions wherever necessary as follows :-
