Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory made (CPRI approved) LT panel Board of Suitable size out door type (double door) 415 Volts, dust proof,vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick duly compartmentalized inside panel with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet , to accommodate the incoming and outgoing having provision for front and rear side opening with rubber beading and brass cable glands for each cable to make it weather and vermin proof. double door hinged type, both side openable, air fins for ventilation, panel shall be mounted on angle of size (40 x 40 x 6 mm) & duly spray painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer supported on 04 legs of suitable length each duly grouted in plain cement concrete blocks in 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) or as manufacturer instruction and including notice board & Danger plate complete with all +D10:D28connections incoming / out going complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. comprising of following accessories :-

Supply & fixing of automatic street light control switch with infrared sensor based Nature Switch & voltage monitoring system (VMS). Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required illuminance level for Switching ON is < 30 Lux and for Switching OFF > 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have pert night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max 12 hrs. VMS should have Adjustable Over & Under Voltage Trip level and Protection against Phase Loss, Neutral Loss & Phase Reverse. The sensor & VMS along with suitable Power Contractor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Terninate proof and FR grade SMC Junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operaation (i.e. sensor & VMS By-Pass option) with 3nos. Contractors, 3 nos. Incoming MCBs & 3 nos. Outgoing MCBs of 16-20 Amps each & Circuit wiring (Copper) of min. 10 sq.mm.

Supply and fixing of energy efficient LED street light fittings of 35/36 W capacity including electric connection, complete fitting including all accessories and folwowing specification and all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminarie should be minimum 100 Lumen per watt. (b) Input voltage range 140 to 270 volts (c) Power factor : minimum 0.95 (d) THD : Max 10% (e) CRI : More than 80 and CCT : 5700 K (f) IP rating : IP66 (g) IK rating : Minimum IK07 (h) Pressure die cast aluminium alloy for housing and heat resistant alear toughened glass (i) Built in potted LED driver of the make as of the luminaire. (j) LED driver should be complete with all protection viz open/short circuit protection, over voltage protection, all as per standard design of manufacturer. (k) Surge protection 5 KV (inbuilt + extended) (l) Lens:- High sfficiency wide angle lens (m) BIS approved fixtures and driver (n) Rated life time : 50000 burning hrs (Average 10 to 12 hrs daily).

S&F ACSR conductor of (weasel) 6/2.59, straching properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wires,jumpers including fixing on insulators on each poles in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC(1:2:4)type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, foundation of poles etc, including necessary form work complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC(1:4:8)type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles etc, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm laid dry over electric cable for protection,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pin Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers insulator bolts, washers and nuts, as under:insulator bolts, washers and nuts, as under: 1100 volt, height 100 mm, max dia 100 mm, section of straps 31x5 mm made of GI, bolt of14 mm Dia of GI. complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron/mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metre long) including drilling of necessary holes, & painting complete all as specified. (i) Cost of painting & numbering on poles i.e. making five no. alternative white & black strips 30 cm height each (upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping & numbering to the poles with synthetic enamel paint etc shall be deemed to be included in the rates of above items (ii) Earthwork , PCC foundation & coping shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule.

M & L for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connected to and including GI iron strip of size 32x6 mm flat by means of GI bolts, nuts, and washers, protected by 40mm bore GI medium grade ISI marked pipe upto and including test points. Earthing plate shall be surrounded by alternate layers 15cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top, 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggrgate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceed ing 50 M, pit cover 40 mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggrgate) including TMT reinforcement 80 mm dia @ 75 mm C/C both way, MS handle of 12 mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I and all as directed. Notes: (i) Earth continuity conductor including protection pipe up to 7.5 metres from earth electrode will be include in unit rate,complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Arrangement for earth resistance test should carried out by the contractor.no extra payment shall be provided for the same.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 16 sq. mm 3.5 core complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches in Hard/Dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc and getting out complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in Hard/Dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5mtr but not exceeding 3.00mtr depth for foundation of pole etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc and getting out complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metere and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well remming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

M&L for Sand cushioning using clean local tibba fine sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable completed all as specified. ( Note: punned thickness shall be considered for payment)

Supply & fixing light grade GI Pipe of size 40 mm bore, ISI marked on pole/wall for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bracket made out of GI pipe 40mm dia light grade 1.5 mtr duly bent in position as per site requirement and including 2 Nos and 2 set MS flat iron clamps of size 25x 4mm including Nut , bolts and washers for mounting street lights, complete all as specified

M&L Mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers , welding, bending, cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat with red oxide Zn Chrome and two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 sq. mm 2 core, nominal cross section in service connections.

S&F of Stay assembly complete with GI stay rod 20 mm dia 1800 mm long, MS plate 230x23x06 mm, stay bow,loop insulator, PCC (1:3:6)Type C2, connecting bracket of suitable MS flat and nut bolt washers including loop type insulator stay clamp,necessary earth work as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-1,complete as specified and directed.

Note :Deduction for amount of Rs 0.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
