SCHEDULE'A' PART-I: (B/R WORKS)

M&L seven stage cleaning and sterilization of 500 Liters capacity Pvc water tanks through bacteriolical treatment by using TERBAC-G5, TERBAC-G65 and Ultra Violet Ray. a) First stage is drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system.b) Second stage iscleaning of all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC-G10 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks.c) Thrid stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with pressure 5 PSI.d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is sterilization by using TERBAC G-5 a laboratory certified branded halogen compound, test certificate of Terbac-G5 from Govt laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the Engineer-In-Charge before using for sterilization.e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by heavy duty industiral vacuum cleaner.f)Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray Ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria.g) Seventh stage of cleaning and the third bacteria screening is to sterillize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65. Test certificate of Terbac-G5 from Govt laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the Engineer-In-Charge before using for sterilization.NOTE: The quoted rate inclusive of all safy and T&P arrangments.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 2 multi layered ISI Marked (cylinderical, vertical with closed top) of 500 Ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directedin SSR Pt I.

Demolition of 1000 Litres capacity RCC water tanks including RCC cover slab and removing of demoished mateials outside the MD land all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 20 mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete including taking up or down of 20 mm dia steel tubing upto 4th floor all as specified.

Supply and laying 16 mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including taking up or down of 15 mm dia steel tubing upto 4th floor all as specified.

S & F in repairs 20 mm dia Gun Metal, globe or Gate Valve with Iron wheel head Screwed both ends for Iron Pipe and fixed.

S&F 20 mm dia ball valves, PTMT high pressure of epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (200 gms) complete, screwed for iron pipes or brasas ferrule and fixed.

S&F 25 mm dia ball valves, PTMT high pressure of epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (200 gms) complete, screwed for iron pipes or brasas ferrule and fixed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete in Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in water tank bed for PVC water tank including necessary formwork all as specified and as directed.
