Channel of required thickness, along with foundation and plint, Structural Steel Work, PUF Colour coated profile sheet of 30 mm thickness ,Internal ceiling with designer fiber cement board,ACP doors for Toilets including all accessories,Vitrified ANTISKID tile for flooring of approved quality / shade for all toilets, Painting 2 (Two) coats with weather paint for Internal & external wall surface over a coat of primer of approved quality / shade , External and Internal Electrification- 8 Nos 18 watt LED tube Light, 6 Nos 300mm Exhaust fan, 6 nos 6Amp socket along with switch and all necessary fittings and fixtures, 1 nos MCB of required power External and Internal P.H Works- Gents Urinal ceramic fiitings of reputed brand, WC & Basin will be of stain steel of 316 grade etc with all necessary fittings and fixtures of crome coated of reputed brand with medium flow flush fitting , 1nos 2000 lit water tank above a raised platform. as per the approved Drawing and specifications including cost of materials, Labour,T&P, excluding GST etc. Complete along with Provision for min one no of PWD toilet with all facilities as per direction of the EIC.
